I received a beautiful pearl ring from Local Charm Denver as a gift. Less than three months later the pearl fell out, and when I returned it to the store they didn’t offer to fix it, but referred me to a jewelry store in the mall to have it fixed, to the tune of $ 60. Needless to say I’m nervous to wear the ring now, and would much rather have spent $ 60 on jewelry instead of fixing their product. An email to Local Charm has gone unanswered. I will discourage my loved one from buying me any jewelry from here again.

I just discovered this little store and love it. As a professional, I like to accessorize my wardrobe with a lot of classic yet chic designed jewelry. This store offers a stylish selection at a very affordable price point. The associate who helped me at the store was knowledgeable and very friendly. I stopped in for a look — but purchased several lovely little gems! I’m looking forward to going back soon.

Got a necklace for a gift, never wore it once and when returning it they lady said «there is no way we would have ever sold this to you, there are kinks all with in the chain». Needless to say dont buy a chain from this place.
