JC Penney portrait studio in Park Meadows mall is horrible.
We’ve had great experiences with other JCP studios in the past but this was our first at Park Meadows and I recommend STAY AWAY!
— we were misquoted over the phone and charged almost double after our pictures were taken
— we purchased a CD album and got home and there was no pictures on the CD.
— returned and were offered some free portraits to make up for and was told they’d be rush delivered, took an extra week to get them
— the original order was supposed to come with 6 free Holiday cards, still haven’t received them!
— Called to see what they would do for us and they said they’ll give us more free portraits on our next sitting, guess what, NO WAY are we going back!
We waited almost an hour past our appointment time for photos and they place was just an unorganized mess. You can do better somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE!
