I have had my eyes checked here several times. I like the staff and the other two doctors but Dr. Simonson himself comes off very snobby and domineering. His poor customer service skills tarnish an otherwise excellent facility. If you come here just ask for a different doctor and you’ll be fine.

Would not recommend. I have been going to optometrists whose offices are located inside of a Lenscrafters for years and this has been my worst experience. Although some of the office staff were friendly, others were rude. When asked a question if they would be able to find my insurance through the system, I received a blatant «No, we’ve never done that (with an eye roll).» Thankfully, the people in the Lenscrafters store were able to help.
I had the quickest eye exam I’ve ever received with Dr. Simonson. Unfortunately, his speed lead to a lot of mistakes in my eye and contact prescriptions. For my actual contacts, my prescription was higher than the samples I received. I had to call and have them change it. Considering this is something that affects us on the daily, I wish he were more careful and accurate in his prescribing. I would be weary in returning to his office.
