1. The service was painfully slow 2. 3⁄7 people’s meals were over cooked(my steak can out MW when I asked for MR, and both the salmon and cod were well done) 3. The atmosphere wasn’t «Tuscan» as described

Happy hour can Not be beat. Had the pepper shrimp and eggplant… usually my favorite but this time I tried the home made chips with onion dip and OMG-my new favorite. Martinis are Five bucks and looked good~I did not partake. But the NY style cheesecake was truly an experience not to be missed. My sissy bought-thanks sissy-but this happy hour seemed affordable and so delish. Our beautiful lady bartender was great-attentive yet not annoying, with a wicked sends of humor took great care of us. Just a great time. Thank you Brio!

Me and a friend have wanted to eat here and we finally did. Some people have compared this place to Maggianos but definitely far from it. This location is prime right in Park Meadows it looks nice from the outside and when you get inside the décor is cheap looking. The tables are old with chips all over. Mind you we were sitting in a booth. The non booth tables were covered with a table cloth and chairs were covered. The prices were high for the quality. My friend ordered crab cakes meal and the were small and small portion of mixed veggies it was small he also ordered a Caesar salad it came only with lettuce and of course dressing. I had the brio rigatoni it was ok and only a bowl I had soup too lobster bisque for an additional 4.00. I know my meal was 27.00 and my friends was 25.00 it just wasn’t worth it. I feel you are paying for the location more than anything. The menu wasn’t great either. Service was good though.

Had a fabulous, reasonably priced meal tonite — «Pesce Piccata» — a nice piece of wild caught cod cooked perfectly, served on angel hair in a picatta type sauce, with capers, sliced almonds, and very tasty broccoli, red pepper, and carrot pieces,. Flawless meal. Can’t wait to get it again.

Friendly staff, short wait times and great food! Brought my girls here two weeks ago they loved it and the atmosphere is great! Will be back soon!

Food is Olive Garden quality at best. Service for us was terrible, though. I know they were a little busy but we were continually passed by as there were only 2 of us and we only received help when we flagged it down. Seriously.

TAKE A PASS. Not worth the price or effort. Stopped with a friend for a late lunch. A basket of bread was immediately dumped off at our table but no beverage order was taken for 20 minutes. We were deliberately ignored and avoided until we said something to a server. After giving our drink order, it took another 15 minutes to get our iced tea. When our food finally did arrive, it was because we asked a different server to check on our order and he retrieved it. I ordered the chicken marsala, served with mashed potatoes. The«marshland sauce» was nothing more than thickened beef broth and was just as salty. The mashed potatoes were whipped with a barrel of salt dumped in. One of the biggest disappointments ever.

Went back a few times since my last review. The food has been good. For some reason what I order seems to have a ton of food on the plate, but when my husband orders, his dish comes out looking like it’s missing ½ of what’s supposed to be on the dish. He ordered the blackened tilapia. It tasted great, but it was one tiny piece of fish with a few grilled vegetables. I ordered the chicken limone and I had 3 large pieces of chicken, pasta instead of mashed potatoes, and grilled vegetables. My husband ended up eating ½ of my food. The same thing happened last time we went there. He ordered the salmon and got a small piece of fish and veggies. He again ate ½ my dinner then as well. What’s up with the skimpy plates? Also, why are you giving me rock hard butter? Just take is out of the fridge 10 minutes before it goes to the table.

Brio has a terrific Happy Hour. I’ve been at least 5 times for their regular lunch and dinner and have always enjoyed my meal and the service. It’s on the pricier side but the food is good so a nice place to go with girlfriends, for a business lunch or date night. I just visited for HH for the 3rd time and I do believe that it’s my favorite HH in the area. Fancy cocktails are $ 4 and there are lots of food options from $ 4 – 6. The appetizers are larger that I would have expected. My favorite is the shrimp and eggplant. Heavenly. They have a really nice patio if the weather is good!

Nice place. Menu is a bit limited. Food takes time. Beer selection isn’t that good. I love the atmosphere and the neighborhood. Not a bad place at all for an Italian spot in CO.

Very good and consistent food, probably because it’s a chain restaurant. I had the salmon fresco, which was good but could have been more medium rather than well. The shrimp Mediterranean was perfict, and a light dish. We started with lobster bisque & a chop salad. Surprisingly the bisque was excellent and the chop was standard. Paired with a very reasonable priced Italian Red, it made for a great meal on the patio! Check it out, you’ll enjoy it!

Pretty good Italian food. Wine list is half decent but that is because they also come with reasonable prices. But service was solid which helps improve the overall average of this place.

It is refreshing to have a truly exceptional experience at a corporation that values its patrons. Sam was very attentive and provided great suggestions. After leaving a horrible dining experience at the yard house, we were pleased and relieved to have an all around wonderful team renew our hopes in chain/corporate dining. The food and bellinis hit the spot!

Chose this place for our anniversary dinner, what a let down. Our service was ok, only afterwe waited for nearly 10 minutes to be acknowledged. It was prom night, so the servers were spending a lot of time at those larger tables, not worrying about our table if 2. Appetizer was good, not great. We had spinach artichoke dip. Hubby ordered lobster bisque and said it was less than stellar. Meals were both ok. I also ordered a drink from the bar and that didn’t taste too great either. Overall $ 80 meal after tip. We would have been better choosing smashburger for $ 25.

I have been here many times and overall it is pretty good. Last time I got into it over having my parking ticket validated despite spending $ 50 on lunch. The«hostess» told me I could talk to the manager and he would tell me the same thing. I left. The valet service to their credit said«we know you, please service is complimentary for your inconvenience» — Class act Summit that’s the correct answer. A bunch of reviews seem to have the same kind of «That’s not Brios rules so sorry Mr. Customer.» Don K a few days earlier had a similar experience so I have to assume the new corporate mantra is Brio first, customer second which is a shame as the food is pretty good. Both La Sandia, Perry’s and White Chocolate Grill seem to have a better attitude Caio

This place has a great bar to wait to be seated. The bartenders are fun and you might just eat there instead of waiting to be seated. They will page you on your phone with a text, so you can walk around a bit if they are really busy. You can also get your valet parking validated by them, so have someone park your car. The food is very good whether your order pasta, steak, a sandwich, or a salad. The waitstaff is pleasant and quick. You can go there with friends or your best gal. They are good for lunch or dinner as they will not disappoint you.

Brio is a Fancy place with high prices and lackluster taste/menu. It’s an «Olive Garden part 2, minus the breadsticks” – though you do get bread baskets. The ambiance was rich and well done, but the menu was one sided and not very imaginative. Our server was polite and timely, and the food did not take long. My first impression is to call it forgettable Italian food, but Brio deserves another try before I stamp that claim, I’ll admit maggiannos makes a better first impression and a better lasting impression.

I didn’t realize this was a chain until after I had ate here… As with most franchises, the food was very regular and unappealing. That’s not to say it was bad, but it was not good, either. The service was friendly, but over attentive and became a hassle. 2 stars, but it was my mistake for not realizing I was walking into an Olive Garden part 2 type of situation… Without the all-you-can-eat-breadsticks(not that that would make up for it)
