What do you say about a global giant like BBB? You love it when you’re getting married and hate it when you have to buy someone a gift for their wedding. Surely by now everyone knows about their 20% coupons you get in the mail. They’re the only way to go on a single item purchased. One of the great things about BBB is that you can exchange or return anything. I’ve had to replace a humidifier twice now and there’s no questions asked as long as you have the receipt. ASLONGAS you have the receipt. It’s 2015 people — who keeps receipts? Luckily for you I know you’re about 5 years behind in technology so I not only kept the box, but I put the receipt in the box. That’s right people, making exceptions for the global giants that still use pencil and paper for business.

Happy discovery: this branch carries almost everything a cosmetic/personal needs dept at Target or Wallgreens would have on their aisle! This is new to me! I was giddy! I found more than a few things that I need on the aisles mentioned above. Yay! Now on to their helpful ways as far as the staff are concerned. They walk you to were you need to be if you ask them where certain products are. That’s customer service! Pro tip: If you purchased an item from them and your 20% on one item discount came after– you can drop in with your receipt and you get a credit for said amount. It’s three of those reasons I’m a fan of his store. Plus they sell really cool stuff.

I don’t usually get too excited about a big box store like this but had a stellar experience with two super helpful employees recently. A gal went and found an item we were looking for while we did other shopping, and then brought it to us when she’d found it. They were also super courteous about a price tag error and fixed it immediately. Everyone was helpful and smiling through every step of our shopping experience. Awesome!

You really need to keep an eye on what they charge you versus what the price tag says. I got two pillow cases that were marked $ 9.99 each. But the register rang up at $ 14.99 each and the employees argued with me about the price until I showed them the sticker on the package. It takes an act of Congress to get a price override. The employees have to hand-write the discrepancy in a firm, all while the customer is waiting. And you can kiss away another 15! minutes of your life if they already applied your coupon and need to void items in the transaction. This store has the most inept employees I have ever seen at a Bed Bath and Beyond. If you must shop at one, don’t go here!

Not a fan of this location – it’s dimly lit and employees are scarce. When I did come in contact with an employee he was completely rude and seemed mentally checked out. I’d rather drive up to Cherry Creek and go to the busy-as-hell one than deal with this shantytown location.

You can bring in several coupons at one time. They will ring them up as one transaction allowing one coupon for each item. They are also associated with Buy Buy Baby. 20% off rocks

Decent selection, but not great. I would probably go to another BBB before coming back here.

These people took care of us. We wanted a particular digital food scale, which was on sale marked down from $ 20 to $ 15. Well, they were out of all of them besides the display model, but they happily sold it to us. We noticed that the battery appeared to be dead, so the sales associate took a brand new battery off the self and popped it in, free of charge. And because it was a display model, they discounted the device another 10% on top of the sale price. If we had had a coupon, we would have gotten ANOTHER20% off. The associate pointed out we could bring our receipt back with a coupon for a refund of the difference. We probably won’t bother, as the 20% would amount to only a couple of dollars, but it’s amazing how willing they are to stack on all the discounts here!

There are a ton of employees in the place but never there when you need them. They are too busy moving stuff around and not helping their customers. The one in Cherry Creek is sooo much more customer friendly based.

Pro tip: never shop without a $ 5 off or 20% off coupon with you. Preferable buy one thing at a time! And never throw out a coupon, they take them expired! Woot! Always my goto place for the weird and necessary items, that I don’t want to pay too much for… Like, drawer dividers for my spices, so they don’t all slam to the back when i open it to hard, or that weird multi shampoo, condition, body wash dispenser that keeps your bathroom bench clear, and the suction cup basket for the shower for all the rest of the stuff that shouldn’t be on your shower bench either! Every manner of kitchen gadget possible — almost got roped into the eggbert egg poacher, but i resisted! They usually have a yankee candle flavor of the month on sale, all the as-seen-on tv stuff, pillows galore, and more! Stop in, bring your coupon, and leave happy with something you probably didn’t need, but will definitely make your life better! As mentions — between home depot and lukas liquors — hello, one stop shopping!

This is a good enough BBB and has most of what you’d need(not necessarily want, but need) for your kitchen.(cause I don’t pay much attention to my bathroom or bedroom) I’ve been here a ton of times and find there are very few times I can’t find what I’m looking for, plus I seem to get a 20% off coupon every other day in the mail. Is this the best BBB in town? Not even close… for that, go to Cherry Creek.(note to those of you registering, go to the CC location instead) But otherwise, it’s a good, solid location.

It’s your typical BBB but I like the layout of this one! There’s so much to offer in terms of merchandise and the departments have a lot to offer. Good spot!

Pretty much any BBB is the same as the next. This one was no different, having a ton of stuff including what I wanted — a cast iron dutch oven. The price was surprisingly reasonable too at $ 50 minus 20% with their coupon. I was a bit creeped out with how many times I was asked if I needed help, but I guess that’s better than not being able to find anyone(Sears at Southglenn, I’m looking at you). When you want something in the kitchen or bedroom but need to see it and buy it in person, BBB is a good place to go. Oh, and this location is next to Lukas Liquor. That’s worth half a star alone, especially if you’re going with your significant other and don’t need anything from BBB.

If I bought every organizing-as-seen-on-TV thing I wanted at BBB I would probably walk out of there a couple hundred dollars lighter. This is the place for gadgets & organizers & gizmos galore! My problem with it is that it is so packed with merchandise that if you need something very specific you will need an associate to find it and it will likely set you back a pretty penny. It seems like every little thing I want in here is $ 19.99 and feels like it is worth $ 9.99. Oh well, you know that going in! I don’t shop here often, but sometime you just need something you can only find at Bed Bath and Beyond!

This BBB is packed to the rafters with everything you could possibly need! It seems this store generally has more merchandise than the other BBB in the area. It sometimes seems crowded and though they’re very good about opening checkouts, the whole check out area is kind of cramped. The staff is helpful and they’re very good about coupons.
