Great service, excellent food, and very clean environment. Best Subway in town, hands down!

One star because the food quality is still great, just not service.
Let’s review this scenario: I order a buffalo chicken sub. We go through all the steps and after all the veggies have been meticulously counted to an exact number I get asked what sauces I want– «buffalo suave please».
«Sorry, we are out of buffalo sauce».
Then you proceed to wrap my sub and drop half the counted veggies. And not replace them. Awesome.
Why not mention this when I say the type of sub I am getting? Just a simple «good choice on a sandwich, I just want to let you know we are currently out of the sauce though». Simple customer service.
This subway always used to be my Go-​To for before early Sunday morning golf and any other time subway sounded like a good options. The people working here used to be so nice and friendly, now they just are trashy and talk about trashy life issues and seem annoyed to make your food. And the guy with the crappy old Ford that pulls in and parks sideways like a lazy jerk, he’s just as annoyed to make your sandwich and acts entitled to your money.
Get new staff or train them in basics. Quick staff meeting could solve a lot of issues with staff.
FYI to the sandwich makers who are so rude, you’re replaceable and even though us customers come to you for something, we are what keeps you getting a paycheck-​appreciate the business your work brings in.

Service here us awful! Every time I come here I get stuck with a girl named Adele. She is far from friendly and acts like it’d killing her to make your sandwich. This time she appeared sick and thus makes me nervous to eat. Not coming to this subway again. I normally tip well but not if they make me feel like I am bothering them.

With 3 Subways in a pretty small town, you would think that they would bend over backwards to be friendly and make you feel appreciated. Although this location is the closest to my home, I have finally had enough. There is one employee that I seem to have the luck of getting who talks with her head down so that you have to ask her to repeat every thing she says. She has a sullen attitude to go with it. When I order a salad at other Subways, they chop up the cheese and veggies and make it look nice – at this location, they just throw it all on. The owner/​manager does not seem to be much better. He needs to wake up and smell the coffee. It’s not that hard to drive 2 minutes further to another Subway where you can be treated with courtesy and respect.

What else can be said it’s subway!
The place is clean.
The people are nice.
The food is good and fresh.
