Recommended by my HOA management company and charged me an undisclosed $ 150 service fee… for the two guys they sent out for a 15 minute job. Didn’t even have me sign an invoice and only sent me a bill three weeks later. They didn’t even patch the hole in the ceiling. A very big dislike for over charging and being unprofessional.

Amazing customer service from the front desk to the actual repair & finish work… Bert gives it a warm & friendly personal touch by calling you back if needed… Refreshing for a change to work with people who really know their kraft, honest from the beginning to the final invoice and especially know how to talk with the customer (people n general) with respect and integrity… Keep up the great work & service we owners & tenants really appreciated you and your staff!

My BFF recommended this company to me. I called early evening on a Monday. Although it was in the evening, they were going to see who was available to come over. I told him it wasn’t an emergency & I could wait for another time. Bert told me someone who be at my house between 8 — noon but he was going to try for sooner than later. I think the guy was at my house at 8:05. He fixed my washer drain flooding the garage problem in an instant. He checked it twice to make sure water was flowing correctly & left. I forgot his name because I’m forgetful not because he didn’t provide good service. He was extremely polite & efficient.
