Had my water heater replaced. They were fast and very reasonably priced. I would call them again and recommend them to others.

They need to improve their customer service. The lady who answered the phone sounded like she was working from home with distracting background noises and wasn’t very helpful. The plumbers came to my house and fixed the kitchen sink clog. That same night, my bathtub got clogged and smelled like sewage. I called 4 times the next morning before someone got back to me. The plumber didn’t come to my house until early afternoon for the follow-​up. It was extremely frustrating because they were not acting like «time was of the essence.» I called the main phone number and got the lady again. I requested for a credit for the inconvenience and the lady said she would get back to me and would give us a credit which I will see on my credit card statement. There was no call back and no credit given to the inconvenience my household was put through. I do not recommend this company.
