The previous review is a very uncharacteristic experience compared to my many visits to Proton purchasing used and new computers (many), and for countless repairs and hardware upgrades over the years. Every single time I come in, I am greeted with a friendly, professional employee. Every time.
Their pricing is reasonable, especially compared to the alternative. They have never failed to fix a problem.
I’ve referred friends and businesses to Proton. One law firm owner friend uses Proton exclusively for his firm’s support needs. It is the only place I would purchase a new or used PC, and they also repair and upgrade my Macs.
Go to Proton for trustworthy computing services and a blessing from Matt.

Had my computer repaired and they were exceptionally rude on the phone. Called them up to ask how much it cost and the clerk said «0 DOLLARS, HE ALREADY PAID FOR IT» referring to my father. I asked for the price, and he said it was illegal to tell me that. They charged $ 225 for a hard drive swap. We could’ve bought a new computer for just 200 more.
