Wow, terrible service. I called the store three times asking for an xbox one and a specific edition, I was told three times they had it. When i went in they did not have it. Basically the employees are idiots, especially the red head manager. Avoid this store and just buy online from amazon.

The employees are idiots. They have no knowledge of anything beyond the most basic information. They pester you constantly. One time they went as far as to accuse my mother of shoplifting. When I contacted them about this, they supported their employee who TOTALLY wasn’t lying to protect herself. The customer is always wrong! They don’t sell hardly any CDs. They have one row of the most generic garbage and stuff from the stone age. TVs are extremely overpriced. Buy one online. They don’t pay cashiers, so even if there is no one in the store, you’ll have to wait in line until one of them realizes that someone actually wants to buy something. The Geek Squad is horribly undereducated and told to cut corners constantly. Basically there is no reason to ever shop at this store. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Ugh… I only go here when I am in deserpate need of something important for my computer. I know more about computers, headphones/parts, and video games then the sales assosciates do. They also try to sell, sell, sell those protection plans. Cashiers come in one of two flavors: REALLY friendly(flirting with my husband), or REALLY rude(interrupting, sounding mean, general lack of respect).

Prices are average for retail. Service is poor. I am always frustrated when the employees are standing around and flirting with each other, and I have to interrupt them in order to get help/service/ask them a question. Staff always act like they’re annoyed when they are asked by you to help locate something.
