I have been here several time for wine and chocolate and the champagne never disappoints. I love their raspberry wine! Just recently I got to try a few more wines and I really enjoyed their bountiful blanc, petite sirah and copius red. Megan was very nice and friendly! The winery also has live music and other events as well.

My husband and I love this winery. We became members. The staff is wonderful, knowledgable and so kind. They all seem happy with their jobs. I love the red wines, my husband loves white. Besides all the choices they have fun activities, like fire pit Friday, or wine and cheese pairing. Now is the summer music series. Always something going on with wonderful wine and top of the line employees. Lovely grounds. Lovely people and excellent wine.

Took my wife and son so they could taste some of the red wines that they are so well known for. Customer service was excellent, wines were fantastic-Wondertful experience all around! Firepit Fridays are great fun so don’t miss them when they come around!

This vineyard is the little hidden gem of Lodi. The staff is kind and professional with the perfect balance of humor and knowledge. On top of that, the wines are worth the trip to Abundance for. I am ADDICTED to their Bountiful Blanc and their Sparkling Brut is downright tasty. My friends and family have visited Abundance multiple times over the years and are Boni Amici club members. Reading other recent reviews, I had to post that I believe this vineyard is exceptional. I feel badly for Abundance because of the 3 poor reviews from the same day. Clearly the 3 reviewers were part of the same group. I’d hope, if I worked at a winery and a group of 14 came in, a phone call ahead of time would be made. It’s too easy to look online and I’m sure in a group of 14, someone had a smart phone. Don’t let one group of walk-in 14’s poor reviews keep you from experiencing this place. Cheers!

I have made this account just to make a complaint against this business. I visited this establishment yesterday, with a group of family members, and was appalled at the customer service we were given. The larger women behind the counter had demanded that our group paid up front for tasting costs which even caused the guest who were already there to look intimidated. She took a very rude tone with our group saying that this would not have been allowed had there been more people, even though we were intending to give the winery our business. This experience actually caused a group of family to leave and split from the group, making the rest of the day less enjoyable. I do not want to say the whole establishment is bad but they hire very impolite employees which is never wanted on a day out wine tasting. Service was completely unprofessional and unsatisfactory. They should invest in giving their staff proper customer service training to hopefully prevent the lose of business in the future. Next time a large group comes in unannounced, here is an example of how to encourage business in the future and how to treat customers with kindness: begin by saying«Hi thank you for visiting our business, how can I help you guys? Let me get you guys set up», then after doing so, you can nicely say«Do you often go out in a big group wine tasting? If you do we can make this experience even better next time, if you call in advance we can reserve the barrel room for your party» if your employees need some tips on how to be courteous to customers I am very willing to provide suggestions.

Great wine, friendly and conversational staff. Could use stools in front room but great space regardless. Thanks!

Great wine. Very approachable. The young lady pouring couldn’t have been more helpful. One of the owners was there and added greatly to the experience. Tasted several white, sparklings, and reds. All for the price of a bottle. Ended up purchasing the Bountiful Blanc, the Brut, and the delicious dessert wine.

Although we weren’t very impressed with the wine the customer service was incredible. The gentleman working there was very fun and you could tell he enjoyed his job with the amount of knowledge he had about the wine and the industry as a whole!

This was stop #3 on my Tuesday afternoon of wine tasting in Lodi. I must say i’m more of a white wine person so Abundance was great. I tried the Elegante Rose, Bountiful Blanc, the Raspberry, Almond, and Peach Sparkling Wines also. All had great flavor and I couldn’t decide between the 3 sparkling wines so I took home all 3. For $ 12.50 a bottle, you can’t beat it. I also took home a small stemless wine glass for $ 3. The girls serving were friendly and recommended a few other wineries near by to visit. The grounds look great and would love to come back here on a weekend to enjoy the nice firepit area in the front.

I took a trip to Lodi for a fall crush crawl with some of my GFs and started at Abundance winery. This winery is independent owned and known for its reds. The petit sirah was deliciously inky and after a few swirls of my class the bouquet was released. It’s smelled intensely rich. The tannins enticed my taste buds… jammy and delicious. Ambiance The ambience at abundance winery is very classy and airy. The décor is that of a rustic Italian château. The simplistic outdoor seating area has several Plain Wood picnic tables with lighting provided by strings of twinkle lights strung overhead from one fence to the other. I noticed a sweet little water fountain in the corner which provided the most soothing relaxing sound… A nice touch for this outdoor picnic area. Before I left I sampled the Cabernet Sauvignon and enjoyed a couple of pieces of Garideli dark chocolate, provided a gratis by the winery, which by the way complemented the dark red wine beautifully. Overall I felt that the wines at abundance are very economically priced and the employees are very friendly people and willing to answer any questions when might have. I will most definitely return to this winery, which by the way, is a perfect spot to sip red wine well taking time out from your busy life, to enjoy, relax, and soak it in.

Okay wine, cute little courtyard, uninspiring dirt parking lot. Be warned: even if there is a sign that tasting is refundable if you buy a bottle, it is actually NONREFUNDABLE. I asked the server what was up with being charged for the tasting and she said that the refund was only for members. She didn’t even explain it to me before she charged me. What? It didn’t say that on the sign. False advertising. I would have never purchased the bottle if I knew that since I didn’t think it was worth it at full price.

I’ve never been to a vineyard because I really don’t like wine, but I went with friends. I had a wonderful time, and discovered I like the flavored sparkling wines! Andrew was our host and made our visit even better. I recommend it to all you wine haters, you might find they have something you like too.

our first time wine tasting. The staff was amazing and explained the different types of wines. They gave a gooooood amount if wine for our tasting. We went two 4 different wineries and abundance was my favorite. Their almond and peach sparkling wine were my favorite. Their jalapeño garlic olive oil taste amazing.

Wines have gone downhill in the past year or so. We still love Dino and the summer concert series. Will try to support Abundance as often as possible but it’s going to be hard when there are better wines 5 – 10 min away for the same price.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful wine tasting experience at Abundance this past weekend. Megan and Andrew were so friendly and knowledgable about the wines that we didn’t want to leave. The wine was also very good and reasonably priced. The petite Syrah was delicious. I can’t wait to return for their summer concert series!

My boyfriend and I visited for the 1st time on Saturday 10÷12÷13. We have a Sip California card and this place gets good reviews so why not give it a go? I liked the design and décor. They were having a wedding and the owner let us peek in on the back room which was decorated beautifully– I would consider getting married here if we established a good rapport with the owner and staff. The wines are pretty good– my boyfriend purchased a bottle of their 2009 Old Vine Zin and 4 coasters. The lady helping us was friendly and knowledgeable. I would return

Thank you to Dino for extending an olive branch after our previous negative experience. It is clear that great efforts were made to hire pleasant and courteous servers after the numerous negative past Unilocal. After an apology and offer for a free bottle of wine, how could we not give Abundance a second chance. The wines were okay, ended up choosing a Syrah for our comped bottle. All of their reds were on the soft side, good for a palate that can’t tolerate bold, tannic flavors.
