Quiznos

We tried the online ordering tonight, since it was getting late, and this will be the last time. Order online, pay online, go pickup the sandwiches. Quick and easy. Wrong!!! My wife ordered a Turkey Bacon Guacamole Sub with Swiss cheese, NO Mozzarella, Mayonnaise, NO Ranch Dressing, and NO Lettuce, NO Onions. When I got home with the sandwiches my wife discovered she didn’t get any guacamole, or Swiss cheese on her sandwich. I called the store to advise of the missing items. The lady I spoke with said she made the sandwich and she did put Swiss cheese on it. Trust me there wasn’t any. She said the other lady making sandwiches was to put the guacamole on and she must have forgotten. She asked if I wanted another sandwich and I advised I was not driving back to the store tonight. They need to double check the sandwiches to make sure they are made to the customers’ request. Told her the next time we want Quiznos we’ll go to Brentwood or I’ll come into the store and stand over them to make sure the sandwiches are made correctly. Be careful if you use the online ordering. Check your sandwiches before you leave the store to make sure they are made correctly. Or go to Togos.

This is a really good Quiznos location! Ever time I’ve come in here, I’ve asked for extra veggies & they’ve never messed up on my sandwich! The employees are always really nice & listen to your order very carefully.
Love the drinks they have available & the tables are always clean, and so is the restroom!

It’s like someone went to Subway and said, «You know, I don’t think these sandwiches are greasy or disgusting enough! We can do better, guys!»
I went to Quizno’s once — once. They don’t have all that many options and my sandwich was so gross-​tasting that I never came back.
Togo’s and Subway are much better.
