The service in the pharmacy at this location is absolutely horrible and the manager is insensitive.

Walgreens is so convenient and sometimes I wish it weren’t so the decision to take my prescriptions elsewhere was an easy decision. I’m giving this review a 3 because the store staff are nice. However they always fall short in the Pharmacy. Every single time I pick up my meds I wait on average 20 – 30 min… and this is just for pick up, not to fill! Doesn’t matter whether you go in or thru the drive thru. Incredibly frustrating.

This is the closest Walgreens to my house, but I will now be driving the extra little ways to a different location. They do have a drive thru lane for the pharmacy which is nice, however it can easily take 30 minutes of waiting, even when your doctor calls your med in prior to time.
One of the pharmacists who has a thick possibly Russian accent couldn’t be bothered to provide customer service, and was even rude.
Don’t waste your time.

I took 2 disposable cameras in to be developed on Friday afternoon. I picked them up Saturday, and, when I got home, realized one set was misprinted. These were concert photos, and the person who developed them printed them so that the dark sides of the stage were centered and the stage itself was cut in half on either side of the print. I took them back in. The young man there told me that both rolls seem to have been «accidentally exposed to the light» while being developed. He asked if I had used «old» cameras. I purchased them Thursday morning and used them Thursday afternoon, so, no, they weren’t «old». He asked me to leave the photos, negatives, and cd, saying he would check the cd and reprint from there if possible. I picked them up Sunday evening. The photos were printed fine. I got home and put the cd in… and all that was on it was an icon for a video of someone’s baby. I took it back today… the manager, Davona was on duty as was the case to start with last Friday. She argued with me, saying there was no way there was a video on the disc. Fine, whatever, there is an icon with a picture of a baby. I didn’t click on it. Then she accuses me of waiting too long to come in, that the order had been deleted from the computer. I’ve been in 5 times in 4 days. How often do they expect me to come in? She told me she’d reprint the cd… but it won’t be ready until tomorrow. At no point have I been given an apology or offered any sort of a discount. Whatever you do, do NOT go to this Walgreens for photo developing! I would have given them no stars, but they wouldn’t let me!

The sales team is nice but they need more register experience. A cashier rang in something wrong and then charged me 50.00 and then told me I may just be out of my $ 50. After the manager fixed it everything was fine, but to tell a customer they my «just be out $ 50…» Dumb.

I like is Walgreens as it is down the street from my house. I also have the rewards card which does add discounts to future purchases. The beauty advisors are nice and the Pharmacists are also super nice and helpful. Good place to buy something you might need quickly that was forgotten.

Worst photo center we have EVER encountered. We are trying to get a few photos printed but because they «appear» professional we need a release from the photographer. There is no watermark, we own the rights to the pictures but they still won’t print them. Very annoying. Costco here we come!
