So I rarely give a five star rating; and admittedly, am doing so for a single reason — Jenny, Ginny, not even sure, but she helped me in the photo shop/lab last week, and was without question, THE most helpful Walgreens employee I have ever encountered.(And despite some people’s beliefs, there are a few superstars out there). I literally was dreading walking in, as it was the evening of December 23rd, and I in true form, waited until the last minute to have two pictures developed, from the thousands of pictures on my phone. She plugged me in and patiently coached me through the process. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, with my pictures, and a half off frame. Boom. Holiday madness avoided, and I can’t thank her enough. It is rarely crowded, and never difficult to find a customer service employee, who is interested in helping. The employees seem to really enjoy their jobs. Imagine that. I had a horrifying experience at a different Walgreens nearby last fall, vowing to never return. Well, I won’t return to that one, but this is my new«go to» Walgreens.

Recently this location is having customer service issues. Refill submitted on Saturday was not actually seen as submitted until following Wednesday at 3:00 am. Computer glitch. Also, pharmacy staff is taking long time to answer phone and drive-up. Friday waited 9 minutes in drive thru before any one acknowledged me then, asked me to wait longer. Today, held on the phone for 12 minutes! A little frustrating.
