Our family have been long-time patients(15+ years) of Dr. Roepe and he and his staff did an excellent job working with us around several complicated issues. Unfortunately, after he retired, we can no longer stay with this new group. Although we tried with them multiple times, based on their lack of front office customer service and their limited hours(last appointment can be at 3pm & no Saturdays), we have switched to a much nicer and more convenient dental office. Honestly, we would not recommend this group to anyone.

This is the worst place I’ve ever experienced. Instead of telling you what you really need done, they take you through painful fillings and root canals when it would have been much cheaper and less painful to just pull the tooth or do the root canal the 1st time(even though I told them I’m deathly afraid of dental work). All for the money. Additionally, they do not give up front pricing. They told us what insurance would have covered, but didn’t take into account the yearly maximum and procedures that had been done previously. Not to mention, after the work they did on both my husband and I just for one root canal and fillings, the teeth that were serviced on both of us are in constant pain and sensitivity. Then, after all is said and done, they send you a HUGE bill in the mail and threaten to take you to collections if you don’t pay it in 90 days. Once my balance is paid, I will be deleting my account and will NEVER return. I wouldn’t take my dogs here.

They are great here! There was one guy that wasn’t so great but he was gone quickly. Otherwise, they have been my dentist for about 8 years and lots of work later! Getting ready to schedule my next check up! Great team!

Once again another perfect cleaning and I really appreciate the 7:00 am slot!

If you need work done, besides a cleaning, be sure to go to Dr Roepe not the young, new guy. I had the new dentist take over 3 ½ hours working on a crown. I have had a lot of crowns in my life and this is over twice as long as it should take. The permanent crown has been a terrible fit but I won’t go back to this office to have it fixed. As he was putting in my permanent, he said I needed another crown on the other side. Not true! Also, once a year the hygienist should check your gums to see how far they are receding. I went there for four cleanings and they never did it. My dad was a dentist so I know a lot about dental offices. Do not trust this place.
