Ruby Tuesday

Came for their brunch menu on a Sunday morning. I was very impressed with the service first and foremost. Brian introduced himself and the greeter and told us Keith would be our waiter. Keith showed up and was just as nice and helpful.

Overall, Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite casual chains. I’m kind of ashamed to admit it, but I absolutely love their triple cheddar prime burger. It’s so tender, juicy, buttery, and seasoned perfectly. Nothing would disappoint me more if such a burger was cooked beyond medium, but this location got it right on the dot — something other famous casual sit-​down places don’t always get right. I also love that they have so many options for sides, especially the healthier ones such as grilled green beans or asparagus. And now they let you sub the included salad bar for a side, in case you aren’t feeling leafy greens.
Perhaps the best part of Ruby Tuesday: free birthday burger! That’s right, if you sign up for their emails you get a free burger (the whole meal). Not just their lowest level burger, but ANY burger on their menu. They also send out 25% off coupons all the time, and have a decent happy hour.
This location seems a bit old, but it’s never been busy and the service has been very good the two times I’ve been in. I’ve had their lobster mac, which was alright. But if you stick to the triple prime cheddar burger, you’ll be happy. Amongst chain restaurants, it’s 4-​stars for me.

Ruby Tuesday in Highlands Ranch has a great salad bar and they now offer the salad bar as a choice in place of a second side item with all their entrees. Many of their dishes when ordered without the sauces are low calorie and really healthy. I am always looking for a clean well run place to get a healthier meal so Ruby Tuesdays on my list. I signed up for their «so connected» email service and am getting all kinds of discount coupons. The buy one get one free offers make Ruby Tuesday a really great value.

The food used to be decent but they’ve taken so many good things off the menu that we won’t go there anymore. We’ve voiced our concern, but no changes. We live in the neighborhood and would have liked a good close place, but apparently it’s not here.

Nice restaurant in our neighborhood. Cheerful and friendly wait staff. The food at this location is better than any other Ruby Tuesday’s; may be they have a better cook. They also have their buy-​one-​get-​one-​free coupons through email (I registerd for one), and also through our newspaper. The only complain I have is that they have too many dishes that have lemon butte sauce, and they pour too liberally. Can do better by having more variety.

We don’t love their menu ever since it changed a few years back. Only reason we might go here (which we don’t often) is for the salad bar.

This american food chain really wasn’t as great I remembered it from my visit’s to another location in Az. The service was alright. Menu is full of food that is horrible for you, but good I guess. Could have used more variety. The place was clean, kept up well.
