Gymboree

I used to work at this location so it pains me to give it a bad review, but it has gone downhill. Every time I have come in the store is trashed and the staff isn’t welcoming at all. Today when I went in I noticed a sign that said previous markdowns were an additional 50% off, so I picked some items to go with some previous purchases and went to the counter. The items rang up at their marked price and 20% off (I had a coupon). When I suggested maybe they should take their signs down to avoid more customers as irritated as I, the cashier looked dumbfounded. When I worked there, if the staff had been so careless as to not take signage down we would take it down immediately and give the customer the discount on the item they were expecting. Clearly management has changed along with the new staff. I’ll just stick to the Southlands location, even though it’s a lot further away, rather than deal with incompetent and apathetic staff.

Awesome time shopping today! Clearance was an additional 40% off which is amazing. The check out clerk wasn’t the nicest but got a bunch of great pieces for the kids. Overall I love this store.
