Misleading advertising at least about their «replacement parts & accessories». They advertise a replacement Convoluted Foam, 1 ½″, «Comfort Layer» This foam insert goes inside of the Air Bed, on top of the air chambers and inside of the 4″ wide, rail system. This is not a «TOPPER», that goes on top of the bed. I purchased this item not looking for a Topper but looking for a replacement for my sleep by number OEM foam. Turns out that this is just a regular piece of foam and definitely does not compare to original manufacturer «parts». I asked to return & found out they have a shipping fee as well as a 30% restocking fee. I’ll NEVER shop here again. — And no I did not call before purchasing. The ad seemed to describe what I needed but it’s false advertising. Glad I never bought something as big as a bed!
