We moved to CO and needed a guest bed FAST. I walked in at 9:55am (they open at 10) and the salesman quickly helped me out. I liked he didn’t try to up-​sell me with a more expensive mattress or mattress pad, etc. He knew exactly what I needed/​wanted and sold me a queen size mattress in about 20 minutes! The bed was delivered the next day. Crisis averted!

My mom and I decided to try this location and were pleasantly surprised. The mattress place that previously occupied this space was pretty bad but Mattress Firm was outstanding. Michael W. did a price search on the internet and matched a lower price posted online (we didn’t request this but it made our sale), he easily walked us through available options, he was never pushy, and he was able to get the mattresses within a couple of days. We opted to pick up at the store and the associate working carried the four pieces out to my vehicle as I was by myself and was able to keep potential buyers in the store engaged the entire time. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service and a fair deal on a quality product. Thanks!
