In town for business and I chose this place based on the proximity to where I was going the next day. Check in was a breeze and I was impressed by the quietness of the place. My luck in recent trips has been terrible and I always seem to be on the «party» floor with drunk people roaming the halls at all hours. I thought I might be the only person on the floor until I left in the morning and saw at least a dozen papers outside of rooms. Nice job! The rooms are nothing special (small bathrooms) but they do have a sitting area and work desk and no bedbugs (yes, I do the full inspection and leave my luggage in the tub while I do it).
Breakfast is complimentary, but pretty sparse. The eggs taste powdered and the bacon is paper thin and petrified. The muffins were fine and I liked the biscuits (skipped the gravy) with some jelly. You really can’t ask much when the room rate is $ 80.
One real issue is the tiny parking area. A pain to have to drive around the whole building to find a spot.

Rooms were nice and clean. Ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Their gym was great… Spacious with nice equipment and a tv.

Great place to stay if you find yourself passing through or staying in the pretty city of Little Rock. Conveniently located close to Starbucks, gas stations, Dunkin Donuts, and Panera Bread with easy interstate access. Also, numerous other restaurants a little ways up the interstate as well.
The whole place is smoke free– no matter what the person on the phone says when you call to book. We found our room to be clean, very comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced… be sure to mention if you’re traveling with a Senior to get an additional 10% off. We paid $ 96 for two double beds.
My only irritation was with the person who booked the reservation for us through the 800 number. This person was completely out of touch… as in, out of touch outside the USA. When I asked about surrounding amenities, such as, was there a park in the area, he put me on hold only to return to advise me that the hotel did not have a park on the premises but did have a fitness center. Great! Thanks so much! I’m sure an elliptical machine will work just as well as a playscape for my littles!
Bonus: Free Wi-​Fi and complementary breakfast in the morning.

I stayed here three days while visiting the grandparents. I was surprised at how nice it was, with such a low price!
The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Everything was as it should be. They even gave us a gift bag since we are Wyndam rewards members. Wifi was steady, not overly fast… but it was steady and gave me about a 1.5 connection, not too bad for free. I really couldn’t ask for anything more.
The breakfast was pretty good for free. Expanded continental breakfast. Nothing extravagant but much better than most freebies. Hot eggs, sausage, and such. Waffle maker was nice. Bagels, muffins, toast, and more. Cereal and fresh fruit as well as greek yogurt. I loved the variety. Only thing it was missing? BACON!!! lol
