Extended Stay America – Little Rock – West Little Rock

This is a sad place, it is awful. My husband and I were in Little Rock for a funeral. We checked into out room and it was a dirty filty mess. The bed had not been made up. The sheets looked dirty. The floor looked like it had not ever been cleaned it was so dirty it was sticky. The bathroom was a mess. The curtains were hanging off the rods and the AC unit had dead bugs.
We were afraid to sit our bags down afraid we might get bugs in our bag. Please do not stay here. We left and found another hotel. I cannot believe the city of Little Rock is letting this place stay in such a great area.

I was very disappointed with this place. The room had not been cleaned properly. Dirty counter-​tops, trash already in trash cans, sticky floors that hadn’t been mopped, three dirty towels behind the bathroom door, and a filthy bathroom sink. The internal security latch above the door handle was broken, and the couch was pretty beat-​up. When contacted, the front desk politely said they’d get a housekeeper in the next day. It’s a good thing we brought some of our own cleaning supplies.
In addition, their key card machine was down, so we had to go to the front desk each time we wanted in our room. (Hopefully not for the entire stay.)
Still, the place is far better than the terrible Extended Stay America on Hardin Road. Extended Stay is still a decent bargain, and I don’t exactly expect much from their rooms.
There’s just no excuse for dirty rooms. It’s a sign that no one in the organization– from maids, to supervisors, to managers — cares about the quality of their service or how it makes their brand look. I’ve seen some bargain and run-​down ‘mom and pop’ hotels that still deliver a clean room.
The staff was pleasant and polite.

Stayed for one night wen I was in town for a conference. While the couch had a few stains and scorch marks, the room was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. Staff seemed helpful and polite.
