I have always had good service at this location. The drive thru seems to move fairly quickly (quicker than if you go inside). One time in particular when the drive through was rather slow that day I got up to the window and the girl that was working the drive through said there would be no charge since we had to wait so long – that was a $ 14.00 order too!

I have overall always had a good experience here. Some days you get more eye contact/​smiles more than others, but the line can almost be out the door if you come at peak times. Could be a little cleaner, but I definitely enjoying cozying up and hanging out if I have extra time. I have yet been told that they’ve run out of any products when I’ve ordered, so they’re pretty reliable unlike some other Starbucks locations. What would take them to the next level is if an employee knows the secret menu items that are out there, or if they remember a lot of customer’s names and their regular orders.

Have had multiple encounters of the staff being rude, from facial expressions to tone of voice. It seems they need to know what a customizable drink is, as their job is to make a drink how a customer orders it and not become upset about it. I much rather visit the location off of Eldorado.

The staff doesn’t seem to be trained. We had bad experience back to back.
Once we were charged more for my Frappuccino.
Second time they served a latte in dirty cup, we asked them so they just replaced cup and kept same coffee. Again second cup was dirty too. So had to ask them again to provide clean cup and new coffee.
This is not what you expect from Starbucks. Very disappointed! !!

This is a really good starbucks. The coffee is always good. They have a clover which makes amazing coffee and alot of choices. The Ethiopian is amazing. The inside is nice and comfortable. The wifi doesn’t work very good though.

This Starbucks is very close to my house and it used to be a nice place to visit. However, the last few times I have visited it was so dirty. I decided that I would not be going back there because if the front of the house looks so disgusting I cannot even imagine what their cleaning practices look like. These people charge too much money to have such a gross looking place. This makes me mad and sad :[

I’m not sure why but this location seems to have received no training and the wait on a daily basis is insane not to mention the uncomfortable overly inquisitive questions about your day your job etc I think they were told to do this a service technique but they get way to personal and dig way too deep. I went thru twice once and actually got a wow! Back again? how much caffeine do you need? I was floored! This location is really odd and I usually keep driving to the main and teel location they are pros!

I was greeted by Chris with a warm welcoming… I love the location (within walking distance), the staff is awesome and most importantly they got my complicated order right! ;-)
