I’ve been here twice. Once was a visit inside the store and another through the drive-thru. The first time was late in the morning on a Tuesday so there weren’t many customers. It was actually our first time, but my daughter really wanted strawberry flavored one. I asked the lady at the counter if there were any strawberry flavored one but no fillings. She suggested the ordinary strawberry glazed donut. She was out of the one with sprinkles but told us to come back at an earlier time of the day since they sold out. She was really kind and was patient with us the whole time. As for the drive– thru. It was pretty slow for a donut place, but received the same kind service.

Twice in 2 weeks my husband has been handed a cup of coffee through the drive thru window and the coffee lid was not secured. He grabbed the coffee and it spilled over his hand. The manager did not apologize nor did he offer any help. Lids and cups are cheap and faulty

This place is hands down has the absolute worst but most consistent service I’ve ever encountered. It’s almost comical how bad they are. Every Friday morning I bring my young boys for a donuts before taking them to school and we joke about what what the Dunkin crew is going to mess up. Today I had it. I walked in, was not greeted and despite being the only person in the store(aside from 3 employees). I left when my order still had not been taken after 3 minutes. On the up side… directly behind the store at Teel and Main in Frisco, is a mom and pop donut shop aptly named«Donut». The old Korean lady seems to know know only two phrases: «hello» and«thank you», both of which you hear in about a minute, because that’s how fast and efficient she is in getting you what you want and out the door.

Really nice staff! I ordered bacon egg and cheese but the cashier must have misheard. I got just egg and cheese. I was charged for the egg and cheese and not the bacon so isn’t want like I was overcharged. But they remade my sandwich with the bacon for free! And threw in a free donut. Outstanding

The three times we have gone specifically for cronuts, they didn’t have them. Supply Chain management sucks

More than the donuts, I enjoy Dunkin’ for their coffee. I dare say that it’s tastier than Starbucks(gasp). The morning wraps are usually good as well, albeit a tad on the small side. Whenever I’ve been here, it is clean. The staff is friendly too. There’s a bit of a wait at times but that’s to be expected during your early morning and lunch time ventures to Dunkin’ Donuts.

Dale the manager is amazing! Has really made the place new and awesome. Lines are better etc. The coffee is usually amazing unless it’s 75% cream and then my day is shot haha. Overall amazing and of course me kids love it!

I should have gone elsewhere. Ordered ½ dozen assorted and they pretty much gave me the same donut in different colors. Poorly decorated too.

Worst ever! I used to go here when they first opened for the kolaches but I stopped because they were either always out or they weren’t cooked! It’s been a few years so I pull thru today, order an éclair, apple fritter, couple of croissant donuts to try and a dozen glazed donut holes. The éclair is chocolate frosting side down in a brown paper bag, as well as the fritter not to mention no Apple just dough, the croissant donuts are a week old and the donut holes are chocolate cake with no glaze at all! What a waste! Just chunked it all in the trash! Back to the old Asian reliable shops not to mention half the price ! And no line!

Maybe I’m the exception, anomaly or outlier here but have had nothing but positive experiences here and have been coming here for the past few years. Sure, occasionally they have been out of certain kinds of donuts, usually on the weekends, but that’s about it. Yes, the line does pile up inside, especially on the weekends, but that’s kind of expected. Went in here on a rainy Sunday, waited in line about 10 minutes, got three breakfast sandwiches(Big and Toasted with Sausage, Ham Breakfast Wrap, English Muffin with Bacon) with no issue. Also ordered large coffee. Got my entire order in five minutes and was off. Food was as good as always. Maybe I should consider myself lucky because I’ve never had bad food or service here. However, with the Preston Road location about to open, my days of making the drive over here are likely over.

The only saving grace for this place is the coffee. The donuts are not fresh, and the service is subpar. I go sometimes just out of convenience, but this is not a place where I would venture out to when I am craving donuts.

Not a huge fan and have tried several times!!! The donuts are never fresh and the coffee is not good. I’d rather make my coffee at home, sadly

I just do not like their coffee or donuts. The only good thing is that they are open all day.

Just got turned away from buying a meal because they ‘are making a big order.’ I guess my decades of business doesn’t mean shit. My last DD stop, ever. One star bc I can’t leave none.

While I love Dunkin and their amazing coffee, every time I come here I curse and swear it will be the last time. There have been numerous times I’ll go thru the drive thru for a coffee before work, and low and behold it will take 20mins since somehow at 6:20am they’re out of everything and people ahead in line are having a cow. Because hello the world will end if we don’t have our liquid Crack in a cup and donut. So I’ve let that slid thinking maybe they’re just understaffed since it is ungodly early. Well fast forward to when I’ve stopped in on the weekends when people are normally in church and the lines should be tolerable. Oh my. Wrong again. Anytime I go on weekends there will be a line of 20 people in line(not exaggerating) while only ONE freaking register is open. For reals??? If that’s not bad enough, three separate times a woman I’m only assuming is the manager, is screaming loudly at her staff over things. Look, I totally get being understaffed, running out of delicious coffee and treats, but at least pretend to be nice to each other. Until Dunkin starts having nasty coffee, I shall continue going here, cursing as I leave 25mins later since I’m hooked on your damn delicious coffee and am now late to work/school/jungle cruise.

I love Dunkin Donuts, their coffee and the seasonal Pumpkin muffins which I’m patiently waiting to come back are my favorite. During this wait they have come out with the Oreo Mint Donuts. These are a great teaser for the long wait for the Pumpkin Muffins. Now the reason this location has 3 stars is because they ALWAYS run out of donuts. I can’t understand for the life of me why a donut shop runs out of donuts by 9:30am. Not just once but every time I go. So now I just go earlier.

Good eats and service is nice too but dam they are so slow jeezus! The drive-thru is usually backed up and the inside not much better. However, it’s a good product that’s keeps me coming back, just not when I’m trying to get and go. They need more cashiers and a extended counter to accommodate multiple checkouts and the amount of customers. Great coffee and breakfast choices tho!

I tend to refrain from posting bad reviews. Karma and all that. This place however… First of all I don’t even care for donuts. I came her for my daughters on my way to work so that they could have donuts and I could get coffee. Everytime… awful. First time: I had never been here before so I was trying to look over the menu and read it out to my daughters. There was no one in line in front of or behind me. Seems like I could take my time right? Wrong. The lady on the other end of the microphone seemed pressed for time, asking multiple times what I wanted and no so subtley groaning her frustration when I asked for one minute. It made me slightly anxious and I began to rush my daughters to choose something. It was 5 am. Not such a great start to the day. Also they gave me the wrong things, left out the apple juice and the coffee wasnt mixed and tasted awful. I believe in second chance soooo 2nd time: arrived at 530 am. Place opens at 5am. Sat there for almost ten minutes. No one acknowledged me at all. The lights were on and people inside. Off to Starbucks I go. against my wishes and to appease my little sister here is the Third time: again… early in the morning, no one else in line and they were rushing me. They didnt have the kolaches, or the specic donuts my sister wanted. Both advertised on their menu. Then after getting our order, it was wrong again. If you really want an irritating start to your morning, then by all means… stop on in. Otherwise, I would skip this place and pay the only slighty higher prices for Starbucks. Actually getting what you want is worth the dollar or two more.

I would give this franchise zero stars of that was an option. Have had numerous problems. Ordered vege breakfast got meat in it then they argued with me. Coffee order was always wrong! I mean 8⁄10 times it was wrong then one day the associate rolled his eyes at me as I told him it was wrong. Customer service is APPALLING and they just don’t care because they k ow another 10 people behind us! Do outs are often stale and soggy. Totally boy otter this place, could to te small donut shop behind this store. the donuts are miles better! I usually love my Dunkin d but after 2 years of bad experiences I won’t go there any more. Oh and I complained to regional managers but didn’t seem to make a difference as nice as he was about it all!

At first I wanted to boycott this place for over-shadowing our neighborhood mom and pop donut shop located in the same parking lot(have a heart for goodness sakes – their kids work there too)! But then I realized that Dunkin actual brought them more business because people get frustrated with the long line and leave to go to the mom-and-pop(sorry I don’t know the name, I think it’s just called«Donut»). I don’t like donuts(because of childhood memories of being forced to eat Yum Yum donuts during summer breaks at our cousins’), but the kids like these donuts. I prefer to order the cheese bagel twist with a side of cream cheese. Their flat sandwiches are also good and healthy. Their coffee drinks are okay. Service is always friendly. Initial hostility aside, I will give some of my business to Dunkin as long as mom-and-pop can still afford to send the kids to college.
