Horrible customer service. They gave me a window from 8−10am to give me a quote for a new system. My appointment was scheduled 6 days in advance. 930am rolls around on appointment day and I called to find out if they were still coming out. The lady who answered the phone said the crew was on standby due to the rain(not currently raining). She said she would call me back, 10 mins later she calls back and stated they will not be coming out. No reschedule date forecasted. I can understand weather issues, but it has been raining off and on for the past 2 days. If that was a major concern for this business they should have reach out and gave me a heads up sooner than 10 mins before the back end of the appointment block. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of notification on their end. I’ve wasted 2 hrs, 3 if counting traffic away from work and nothing productive was done. Shaking my head!

Christian Brothers heating and a/c is fantastic. Robert is very knowledgeable, nice and very dependable and trustworthy. I recommend them highly to anyone with heating or a/c problems. A definite thumbs up with this company!

My heating stopped working and two days before Thanksgiving, I was in a panic. Called around to numerous companies comparing prices which were extreme. I finally found Christian Brothers. They were fair with their pricing and arrived at my house the next day. Friendly and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use their services in the future.

Christian Brothers has been providing excellent service for all of my Heat &AC needs since 2006. I highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Robert Ashby is the Owner and one of the most honest and nicest men I have ever met including family and friends. He has been to my house himself on many occasions when his staff was booked. Christian Brothers is still providing awesome service. My A/C went out the day I was scheduled to leave on a work trip for two weeks. When I returned from my trip, I only had one day — a Saturday before heading out again on Sunday. I called Christian Brothers and explained the situation and even though they were already booked for that Saturday, they made an appointment for me anyway.(Brenda, the office manager, is awesome!) The owner, Mr. Ashby, came by that Saturday, looked at my furnace and gave me three options — a patch, a souped-up patch, and a replacement. Since I still have dreams of selling my house and running away to Europe, I selected the patch. I went out of town for another week and half, returning in time for the July 4th holiday, and although the Christian Brothers office was closed on Friday, July 5th, a service tech, Brian, came by to install my new motor. He was very nice and as informative and awesome as all the Christian Brothers techs have been. And my A/C is up and running, just in time for me to head out again. Christian Brothers is still five stars for me.
