Went through the drivethru and had the best customer experience I’ve had in a long time. Good !

I wish I could give it no stars. The food is ALWAYS cold every time I go. When you pull up to the windows, it is pretty awkward. The workers are always laughing and playing around(even when you’re ordering food!). It’s literally like this every time I go.

The location is a little weird, it’s really close the the interstate entrance so trying to exit the parking lot is a little difficult with the traffic. The service is up to par with most Burger Kings and the food is as well. The floors were a little dirty but nothing too bad. 3⁄5

TWO chicken sandwiches for $ 5? Sure! Late evening guilty secret on my way back from a wedding party. The employees here had a sense of humor. I ordered the sandwiches, fries and a drink, and they asked my name for when the order’s ready. I was the only person here, so i said I wasn’t going far. I later noticed on the receipt on Customer Name: «HUNGRY.» haha…OK, you just earned another star, wise-asses. :)

I have to tell you that for the food here I would have given this location a 3.5 Star. But after several stops here getting half of what I order or them not having items from the menu available then I can’t really give this place a good rating. It’s nice and clean, staff is generally nice to customers but not so much to each other. Even down to how a couple of the manager’s speak to their staff is a little disturbing. And even more so that I can hear these conversations between the employees is just a turn off! The food is always good! Usually prepared the way you ask. Always hot no matter if you eat in or if you get your food to go. I think that is Excellent for a fast food joint. But my problem always seems to happen when I arrive and they are out of Tomato, certain Coffee or Fries. How in the hell do you run out of fries? Really. And this is a reoccurring incident. So I understand things happen. But if you don’t have fries then offer something else in that place if I don’t eat onion rings then what else can you give me for those fires that my combo is missing. A Cherry Icee… Nothing. WTH? Throw in a Jr. Whopper or something MANAGER! And you out of this coffee that my coupon covers? Really! Then give me a Mocha Latte at the same price of my coupon! No. Say what MANAGER? Oh so you don’t want my business. Okay Taco Bell’s right next door and McDonald’s has Iced Coffee’s too! See ya!

This is one of my go-to places for a quick burger fix. The service is almost always quite fast. Even the drive-through zips right along. I went inside yesterday, and they asked me to write my name on my order. That threw me for a loop since I prefer cold, impersonal service at fast food restaurants. I quickly made up a name, then promptly forgot it when they called my name, lol. I like their new high-tech drink machines. They are easy to get your selection, and the output tastes as it should. OK, any place that has Diet Dr Pepper gets a slight advantage for me. I know it’s too much to ask, but I wish BK would sell real onion rings. Their finely ground, chopped, processed and extruded rings have no personality whatsoever. They are edible, but the best thing about them is the sauce.
