Ruby Tuesday

An above average Ruby Tuesday. Service was excellent, and the server made it clear that she was ready and willing to provide us with excellent attentive service. I particularly note that the salad bar attendant was very detail oriented and continually checked on the status of the salad bar. He kept the salad bar clean and kept all items full and attractively presented. The entire staff was customer oriented, which made for a very pleasant evening for us. I am a regular at Ruby Tuesday restaurants wherever I travel in the country, so I know an above average Ruby Tuesday when I see one. We will definitely return to this restaurant and recommend it to others.

Not up to Rudy Tuesday’s standards. Dried out food poor presentations. Happy hour is only good if you sit at the bar? Fire the cook staff. The lighting is so bright bring your sunglasses.

We like Ruby Tuesday and their new salad bar is very good and there are many exciting new and delicious items The on there. The Cheesy pasta was not what my friend expected. He had to send it back. The bartender was not very attentive and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else but at work. It’s not my fault she is a waitress. We will be back but for the salad bar only.

I ordered rib and it was so tough my stomach hurt! The restaurant was quite and waitress took forever to take order and bring out bill. I will never come back again

If I could rate with negative stars I would, this Ruby Tuesday is absolutely the worst. If your hungry stay away. Horrible service, dirty tables and slow. The waitress took 20min to greet our table. When she arrived she took our drink order and again got lost in the kitchen. When she returned with the drinks she forgot the straws. It took here another 10min to return with the straw. After 40mins while waiting for our meal, she says oh sorry we don’t have any ribs. What’s the reason for slow horrible service. Needless to say I didn’t get my food and when the bill came I was charged for food I didn’t get to begin with. The manager came and made excuse for the waitress horrible service. If you get serviced by Maya E. ask for a different waitress. The restaurant only had 5 people in it so what was taking them so long? Bottom line stay away!

This Ruby Tuesday Not my favorite. The apps came out like warm at best and when you have a sampler with cheese sticks well that just stinks!
The salad bar was clean and well stocked, super plus since that’s the only reason my husband loves the place :)
The staff was extremely friendly
Now on to the entrees! My daughters chicken strips were soggy and barely warm, the fries were limp
My sons chicken Alfredo was «ok» as he put it but barely had enough sauce to dampen all the noodles.
Overall the food was cold and lackluster with minimal flavor. Not a great visit

Paid for ribeye steak was served a strip. I sent it back in with the shirt it was a ribeye. I know the difference. Pictures included online The service was great ats with the salad bar. Drinks are always good.

Great service, customer experience. It’s clean and salad bar is always clean and stocked. Love the cheeseburgers!!!

Absolutely amazing!!! Friendly staff whom are attentive and genuine. Good food beautiful atmosphere for the family. Cory is amazing. He is extremely attentive and friendly. Gets your order exactly right without writing it down. Overall it’s been a pleasure to eat here. Will definitely be coming back.

The food here is Great and really enjoy the salad bar. Staff is nice but OMG don’t go here if you have a thing to do later they add the Slllllllllllllllloooooooooowwwwwww to slow service. Usually I order a salad bar and burger and will be full from 2 or 3 trips to bar before my burger comes. Doesn’t matter how slow they are food takes 30 – 45 minutes to get to the table. If your lucky. Great food just long wait

You always know what your going to get. Fair food and a fair price.

The server that we had was really nice and very attentive. The drinks came out fast and the food did as well. The food was really good and cooked perfectly. I dont know if we just had a good cook that night or its always like that. I would go back again

Came in on Sunday, sat for 3 at noon, we were one of 3 tables seated in the room, server was nice, ordered chicken, food took OVER AN HOUR
At this point we just got it to go and left, no excuss for it taking that long

We had lunch here while driving back from South Carolina. Erinn was a great waitress, getting our order just right. The pressed Cuban sandwich was great. Don’t listen to the other reviews, give this place a chance.

We went for dinner last night and after reading these reviews I was very reluctant to go inside. To my surprise it turned out very good. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The food was great and the service was even better. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because my lobster was not fully cooked, but after letting the staff know, they quickly cooked another one and brought it to me.

My husband and I decided to eat here again after my surgery as a way to get out for a date night. My husband had the shrimp covered tilapia and I had the spicy fish tacos. My husband’s dish was mushy and bland and my tortillas were cold and tough or maybe stale. The mojito I order was not fizzy and tasted nasty. Also the salad bar was not up to par and I got salad dressing on my hands while reaching for the croutons. We frequent here a lot but I doubt we’ll be back.

Called in early and reserved tables for our group. We arrive and the Atlanta Falcon cheerleaders are sitting in our places. A fight ensues… the staff states they gave our tables to their group which had the same amount of people we had in our group.

we were served outside. outside of the tables we requested and had to sit in tiny fire teams. the cheerleaders finished at the same time we did. and we went outside with them. they apologized for being in our spots and invited us to see their games next season with special passes. We took pictures, told them they could hang out with us anytime, and went our seperate ways.
Food here wasn’t that great. I would put money on my little brother cooking better food than this place. won’t be coming back.

Same as the other Ruby Tuesday locations in Atlanta. Nice staff, quick service! Salad bar missing Spinach and Chickpeas. And Yes, that bothers me.

A friend of mines had me pullin friendship moving duties tonight and treated me to this location for dinner.
Again, we sat in the bar area, which really has a good view of several tv’s and the bar.
Our server was new and even though it is Ruby Tuesdays, sometimes you want to know what they (the staff) thinks is good. She replied by telling us that she doesnt eat here! What does that mean. Well let it be said, we both ordered our usual and got the salad bar.
Maybe it was the lateness of our arrival, but the salad bar was gross, u know how other toppings have landed in other toppings, well this was the case tonight.
Also, the staff just seem to really not care tonight. I’ve been a few more times since I reviewed this location last year, but tonight they were more intersted in chatting amongst themselves or chattin with guy sitting at the bar watching the Pro Bowl.
I had the steak and lobster tail, the lobster tail had been steamed too long as it was rubbery and dry… but the steak was done to my likeness and was tender and juicy. My baked potato had half the sour cream and melted butter on the plate instead of inside the potate, so presentation was WAY OFF!
My friend had the shrimp alfredo, and was pleased with the taste and amount of shrimp he recieved. He did request some additional alfredo sauce and it was never bought to our table.
Location wise, this is still a good RT… about a mile off I-​20 on Thorton Rd, and sits in the Kroger parking lot.
Tipped less than 10% and proud of it. Service was lackin!
