KFC

I went through the drive-​thru and got they’re new Nashville hot they don’t offer you to get the $ 5 fill up when you order the combo and it’s $ 8 with a drink but with the $ 5 fill up its 6 bucks then they don’t give you a fork to eat your food with and when you call they say something they just say sorry like it’s your fault I don’t think I’ll ever go there again pretty sure the guy’s name was sunny but can’t be sure so if you want to go to this restaurant I highly suggest not doing it

Greasy, super breaded, tons of skin, not a ton of meat, cholesterol spiking KFC… SIGN ME UP! Haven’t been to a kfc in probably 5 years but the wife and I been seeing those semi creepy colonel sanders commercials and became intrigued. Used a coupon for 7 pieces, two sides and 3 biscuits for 13.99. I did take a couple bites of breading/​skin but then once you pealed that glorious fat back there wasnt a lot of meat. Taters were pretty good. Mac and cheese was super mushy but still half way decent. The biscuits were good with butter and honey. I am sure my heart slowed down, blood pressure went through the roof but it was still decently enjoyable. We will be back… in five years or so.

It has been so long since I can say I was just happy with some where. I don’t think I have been just HAPPY with somewhere since Snap Dragon in Lincoln. That really sucks too bc I like to try and stay local when I can. So here we go any way.
My mother is up visiting from the Wine Country. She had a craving for KFC and since we have one here in Lincoln I went off to go pick up a bucket of chicken. I have to admit here that I was already anticipating some sort of issue. The reason being in all of the trips to KFC my family has not had any I am able to recall where it was simply go get some chicken and slaw then enjoy.
After placing my order in the drive thru I pulled up to the window and payed for my order. I have read a couple of people’s remarks about food being just short of tossed at them and of course I took it with a grain of salt. Well that was a mistake. I should have taken it as a warning. Damn near a garbage bag sized sac was almost thrown onto my lap which I tried to play off since the girl who delivered it appeared so small and I didn’t want to look like a wuss. Lol. Seriously… Moving on…
Transaction completed, me starving, I did what hungry people do, I reached for SOMETHING to stuff in my mouth to hold me over for the 8 minutes it takes to get back to my house. The something I grabbed this time was a biscuit. No butter or honey since I was after all driving. That should be safe, right? Not for me. I literally gagged and spit out the bite I took which was almost ½ of a biscuit… I don’t Unilocal because I have a SMALL mouth… lol… Spitting out my mouth full of dough, I stared at the biscuit in disbelief. It was freaking RAW! Wet, soft, doughy, disgusting. I had no idea how much I disliked dough until I filled my mouth with it.
Ok, so I got a raw buiscuit, what is the big deal right? Wrong. Now I will admit that I probably would not have been quite as «unhappy» had this been my first disappointing trip. It was not. The last time I had KFC in fact my wife was brought to tears. She refused to tell me how bad her trip was until days later when she knew I would not react because I had no idea who was even working at the time. This time I was there and actually the one who got the short end of this stick. I looked over at her and she looked frightened. That look of fear made me realize I needed to keep my cool. Food is about the only thing I really get angry about. No that is not accurate, it is the only thing I will quickly lose my cool over. I can not stand some one messing with my food. Just a pet peeve I suppose.
So I turn around and head back to KFC. I stop in the parking lot and get out. While walking to the door I hear …“just please don’t yell. Give them a chance to fix it.” So I enter the door and walk up to the counter. I am greeted and respond simply. «Manager, PLEASE». The Manager comes out and I tell him the biscuits are raw. He responds with «Oh I am sure they are not raw.» SMH. I took a step closer to the counter and said between clenched teeth, «Please do not call me a liar sir. I am hungry, I am very unhappy, eat a buscuit, tell me they are fully cooked. You won’t. You can’t. Make it right. Now please.» I never raised my voice and I never broke eye contact.
To his credit, he did infact make it right. He added half a dozen pieces of chicken, cooked buscuits, and a desert of some sort. I didn’t want any of that. I only wanted my buscuits to be cooked. At the same time I am not anorexic and accepted all the offerings. That earned them the 2 stars. I swear I am not a total A-​hole or a bully by any means. I am not very nice how ever when I am hungry or disgusted by my foods condition when served. It is also not a great thing to make my wife, exwife, or any other person associated with me cry. Another pet peeve I suppose. Hopefully if I am ever made to come back it will be a GOOD experience not requiring a return trip.

I have a long history with this establishment; depending on how well they are doing at any given time, we are regulars. But we have stopped buying for months at a time in the past because their service and food depends so much on the caliber of the manager at the time. Right now, I am not hopeful. I went through the drive-​through recently and ordered the thigh and drumstick, original recipe; chicken and roll only. Seems simple, right? the thigh was, I kid you NOT, 2.5 inches at its biggest part, smaller than the average wing. Since they have no problem taking my money and, for all intents and purposes, stealing from me, I cannot risk how sloppy they might be about hygiene in the store in general. WE will not be back until a new manager is placed. Then we will try again. Such a disappointment. We really love KFC

Been to this kfc more than once and every time my visits go okay, this time they had good customer service but the food wasn’t that good my chicken tasted dry and old I didn’t like it every time I go their food is blah I probably won’t be back :(

I don’t even know why I go back. Service is always slow. Food never seems to be ready and I consistently get asked to wait 15min or so for them to prepare the order. I should just sit in drive through while cars back up instead of pulling in front. Gave it a 2^nd star because I do like there grilled chicken when it’s ready

The Lincoln location is the closest to my house so I have been here a few times. Nothing bad or great to say about the place. It’s fast food. The service has always been okay — polite and not too slow. They have never messed up an order. So, I am pretty satisfied and would return here again.
I have never tried any of the A&W items. But I like the idea of the wider variety of options and it’s always nice to have a root beer float option nearby.

Our KFC in our town closed down over a year ago. My husband and I were on our way home from a Dr appointment, and wanted some lunch so we decided to stop in here. Was greeted very quickly, they had our order out fast, by the time we got our drinks filled up from the fountain station our food was ready. The food temperature was very satisfying. The quality of food was good. I was happy with our experience here. Not sure why so many negative comments, but we thought it was a good place.

Won’t be coming back to this location. Messed up order. Soda machine wasn’t working. Bathroom was gross. Was out of most sauces and some food items.

This is a KFC/A&W. Both sides are horrible. In the past I’ve been to the KFC side and they are always out of many items offered on their menu. It’s stupid. It’s not just one time but several times and I’m fed up with it.
Tonight I tried the A&W menu (((because KFC had such a limited choice AGAIN))) and it was below subpar. My burger was tasteless, the lettuce they pile on just falls off and makes a huge mess. The bun is horrible. The top of it fell apart and they are about as cheap as you can get. The fries were disgusting. Tasted like old grease. Basically I had to throw the whole meal out. Except the A&W Root Beer drink, that was fine. I am thinking A&W should just stick to making their Root Beer and not food. KFC should get out of Lincoln or learn to have your menu items available at all times and not just when it’s convenient for KFC.
I will never waste my money, time, and calories at either of these places again!!!

Seriously. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dirty, poorly run dump. Slooooow service. Out of several items we ordered. Bathroom was disgusting. Nothing positive to say. Would give fewer stars if I could.

The last time I was here was about 5 years back. The dining room was closed 45 minutes before the posted time on the door and the manger was a jerk so I didn’t come back. Today I was craving a root beer float and came her for lunch. Place is dirty, kitchen floor hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the dining room floor is sticky. Took way to long to get food and help seemed totally un enthused. Probably won’t be back for another 5 years.

This place is awful filthy and the employees are rude and give u all kind of attitude when the screw up your order and u want it corrected. Why is it still open. The serve raw chicken hamburgers and bacon. Grossly overrated.

«Found a big porcelain chip on top of the hand dryer», rofl… Hilarious reviews. If a porcelain chip in the restroom is your biggest problem, you have one hell of a good life.
Anyways, I came to this location a month ago and thought the service was friendly and the food was delicious. In fact, the quality of the food was easily within the top 3 KFCs that I’ve been to in California.

The worst service from a fast food joint ever. Wow. I guess I should have checked the rating before coming here. Drive to Rocklin or wherever else, just don’t go here.

I usually come here for the coslaw. My husband and I fight over the last bit! We add rice wine vinegar and sliced apples… Yum!

Wish I could give ½ a star or minus a star our visit was that bad. It’s been years since we’ve visited this location since it originally opened in Lincoln. We typically don’t eat much fast food though we received a coupon for a free «new» sandwich we thought we’d give KFC a try.
I’m surprised they don’t have any fine at this location. The restroom was slimy! No trash on the floor, but you could feel that the staff needed to clean top to bottom with a disinfectant. The women’s restroom presented with a large porcelain chip on the hand dryer — and it’s been this way it appears so long that the chipped area is now rusted.
Our order was taken by the «co-​owner» per his name badge. The service was pleasant, but the interior was filthy!!! I can’t say how filthy. The soda dispenser had syrup everywhere and was apparent that it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Even the wall area had syrup splattered on it.
We seated our self at a table facing the drive-​thru. The tables were sticky and yucky! We could see the chrome table leg at the booth across from us was dirty. OMG — this place need an extensive cleaning. We won’t be back.
Furthermore, when we immediately arrived home, we sent an email contact complaint to the corporate office and have yet to receive any reply. It’s been several weeks and we would have thought an apology and we’ve forwarded your comments to our local store would be have in order.

No feathers in my food, LOL. I quite liked this place. You can tell this one is newer than the other KFC. We usually order on the chicken side and outside of the shi**y American food side :-) The family meal was a great deal, even for an adult family like my own where a «serves 4» will not serve all of us.
Our service was pretty good and pretty fast, and I had no problems substituting sides like I normally do at other KFC.
