First time to this location. Went for breakfast. Carlos was so friendly and made our sandwich perfectly! We’ll be back for sure:)

I was fascinated by Terrie R.‘s review because I am making a positive comment about a Carlos as well. I was in the store on Lincoln Way though, over by Raley’s and Carlos was the only positive, I’m afraid. When I pulled up at 6pm and saw that there were no cars in front of the store and nobody inside, I thought, GREAT! I can get in and out fast. But then I thought… wait; WHY is it empty at 6pm? The place should be slammed… right? I may have found the answer. Everything seemed clean as a whistle, on the surface at least. But I watched Carlos make the sandwich and it was a Combo with three kinds of meat. Maybe things have changed for some reason, but I have NEVER seen a \Subway sandwich made with three pieces of meat; one piece of ham, one piece of roast beef and well, two salami. The roast beef looked more like what I throw away when I’m carving a roast. Carlos told me the owner makes that call and that he was doing it the way it is supposed to be. You have a great employee in Carlos, Mr. Owner, but you lost this customer for being stingy. If you even«up’ed» the meat by one of each more, it would cost you little(since they are sliced so thin) and perhaps make your customers feel more like you welcome their business rather than desire to cheat them.

I come to this location ONLY because of Carlos! He’s the best! He knows my husband’s order and my order when we walk in the door. I’ve had Carlos prepare sandwich platters for family meetings at my house on short notice, and he gets them done on time and gets the order perfect. He does the work of two or three people(as there never seems to be enough staff on hand — not his fault), is always courteous, and always strives to get the orders done correctly and as quickly as possible. Carlos IS the awesome sauce of this Subway location.

The staff is so unfriendly that it borderlined being rude. Been there a few times and it’s always the same thing. The other day Carlos was super rude to my wife and daughter. For a subway to average less than a 4 star rating they have to be pretty bad. Get rid of the employees that don’t want to be there and your business will grow. I’m taking my business to Quiznos. The food is better there anyway.

Poor management, tiny dining area, unfriendly employees. This pretty much sums it up. I won’t be back.

Walked in with my «Any Foot long for $ 6» coupon. The gentleman who had walked in right before me seemed to be arguing with the manager. The guy looked frustrated and said I could go ahead of him… I ordered a pastrami on wheat and told the manager that I also have a coupon. The manager tells me, «No no no, pastrami is extra.» I told him again, that my coupon was for ANY foot long for $ 6. That’s when the guy before me said, «Yeah, he won’t honor my coupon either.» The manager told us both that we can only get Turkey or ham for $ 6 and everything else is extra. Dude, honor your coupon, and don’t try to argue with your customers about what the coupon means. If anything, tell us that you’re not honoring those coupons. Don’t insult our intelligence and tell us that ‘any footlong’ only means Turkey or ham. No, thank you! I’m pretty sure that’s not how coupons work. Management at this location is too ignorant for my business. I decided to take my business elsewhere. The guy in front of me walked out with me. I will never give this location my business ever again. Lost a customer, possibly 2, over what… maybe a buck or two??? Togo’s is just down the road…

It’s a subway. you know what your getting«three» stars but wait. what’s this. I gave it 4. Yeah that’s because they actually give you a good amount of the produce you ask for here.

Terrible customer service. Nobody smiles at this location and it leads me believe this is managed poorly.

Since Lincoln has numerous Subways, it would seem to me that there would be better customer service. Having said that, my husband and I purposely go to this particular store because the employees have always been very friendly and professional. After tonight this is no longer true. The woman who helped us was cold and short when speaking to us. Her facial expressions were hard and glaring. I felt as though I was an inconvenience. I had to ask her to keep adding ingredients as she was barely putting anything on my sandwich. 8 pieces of meat in a foot long is ridiculous knowing that we can get a better sandwich elsewhere for a small increase in price. We will stick with Beach Hut and Togos from now on.

I like this location. The sandwich God Carlos, is always pleasant and makes the sandwiches with something similar to love everytime. Really he is what makes this my favorite subway location. Beyond that I mean it’s subway so it’s pretty standard. The veggies were fresh and the meat looked like what is expected of a chain. The store was clean, stocked, a comfortable temperature. The service was quick and accurate. The bathroom was clean and stocked. Very satisfied with my visit to this location.

They are my favorite subway, with friendly, efficient staff and cleanliness, but I do get disappointed when they run out of items for iced tea, like sugar or lemon because it seems like it takes a long time for them to get the items in again.

The ONLY reason this place gets two stars is because overall subway is yummy. But this location, my god. My coworkers and I come here as it’s one of the only things around to eat, and we all agree it’s awful. let’s go down the list of things wrong with this place. They never. Ever. Have bread. Don’t ask me what kind of bread I want if you only have one kind. This happens 90% of the time I go there. Also, They are so skimpy on veggies. I asked for spinach and I’m almost positive she counted out 5 leaves and put them on my sandwich. I’m sitting here like… are you serious? I’m not one to usually leave reviews but this place needs to do something about. Everything. I will give props one guy, he’s super nice and actually loads your sandwich and gets your money’s worth. Don’t know his name, but at least there is someone there who cares about the customer experience.

Just head North on Hwy 65 till you get to the little city of Lincoln. Nestled right in a strip mall is this Subway. Not any special strip mall but one that you would see in any populated suburb. As you enter in this Subway nothing is different you can have your choice of a $ 5 foot long or upgrade your tasty treat to $ 7.40 and make it a combo. This place is a hot spot for the senior citizen community cashing in on the daily $ 4 special with no add on drinks or chips. I unfortunately get locked into eating based on the need to just throw some food in my throat quickly. One thing I will give them is that they make the same sandwiches wherever you go. They got the consistently thing down pat. All the way down to counting how many olives they put on your sandwich, leaves of spinach, and other condiments…

This place is hit or miss. I ordered a toasted sandwich and asked for it to be toasted. Biting into it, the bread was a pile of dust if I pinched it. Therefore, the bread was old. I had it remade. Still the same. So this time was a miss. Hopefully next time hits. A request– can you get some spinach at this location? So much better than just lettuce.

Parking is good. Been asking for seafood sandwich there for years and they brought it back for 2 weeks. Gone again. Service at the one on Nicholas is shakey at best, but the one on Sterling is good. Still 5.00 footlong my rump, I still can’t get out for less that 20.00 for 2 people.

I love Subway! I used to work at a Subway back in high school. Gone are the days where they’d cut their sandwiches in the patented U-Gouge shape, I’m still impartial to that as it helps hold everything in. This location has fast«sandwich artists» and although their enthusiasm and smiles are pretty fake(aren’t all fast food employees?) they are pretty pleasant. The owners must have instructed them to really ration the veggies as they make really conscious efforts to count out the number of olives, pickles, and peppers they put on your sandwich. However, if you ask for extra anything, they’ll gladly oblige. So it’s all good. $ 5 footlongs are still a great deal and a good alternative to McD’s or Carl’s when you want something fast and tasty.
