The worst experience one could ever experience. The only truth to Joseph and his «company» is the word IMPACT in the name. He will have an IMPACT and it’s all negative. He is a con man that takes money and never delivers product or service. He may act honorable and competent in the beginning but then he will ask for deposits and disappear. STAY AWAY!!!
My real rating was 0 stars but that was not an option. Actually negative zero because Joseph steals everything so he can’t have a positive or even rating, so he is a negative 5 star

Had a terrible experience with Joseph. We agreed on a system for my father in law and i paid him a deposit. he never did the work, always with an excuse on why the install kept getting delayed. Finally, i told him not to bother and just give me my deposit back. he said he would and never has to date despite multiple attempts to get in touch with him. he has just blown me off. now i have to file a small claims against him which is just a total waste of time and effort. total lack of integrity unfortunately. I wished i had checked here before. my bad

I wish I could give zero stars. Stay away from this guy. He said he could install a home theater system for me when he dropped it off in his other role as a deliveryman. Long story short, the system did not work, he did sloppy work, did not follow up when I told him it did not work. I had to call Geek Squad in (at another $ 150) to correct the sloppy work he did. Not to mention the fact that he asked me for a $ 100 deposit for a universal remote. A month later, I don’t have the universal remote or the $ 100. He is listed on Sacramento BBB as not responding to their questions after a complaint was turned in prior to mine. The guy has no honor whatsoever. Do not let him in your house.
