Joyful Birth Doula

I cannot recommend Tara enough as a doula! My husband and I got to know Tara through her Bradley Method class, and were so impressed with her in every way. Tara has so much knowledge and experience, and makes it easy to trust her. She really empowers you through pregnancy and labor, and I know that our pregnancy experience was changed so positively because of Tara.
Before your due date approaches, Tara takes the time to get to know you and discusses with you your hopes for labor and delivery. My husband and I had all of the questions and fears of first time parents, and Tara was able to provide strategies to approach all of the physical as well as mental aspects of pregnancy.
Once the day came that I went into labor, Tara was on call and ready to meet us at the hospital. It felt amazing to know that she was on her way once the hospital admitted me, and I know my husband felt a huge sense of relief once she arrived. Throughout labor, Tara was there and ready to try technique after technique with me, and I truly don’t think that I would have made it though the natural birth experience that I wanted without her.
Whatever your birth plan, I would strongly recommend going with Tara as your doula… feel free to message me with any questions! :)

Tara is heaven sent. My husband and I did quite an extensive search to find an amazing doula and thank goodness we found Tara!!! After the first 5 minutes with her, we knew we were in the best hands. Not only is she extremely professional and knowledgeable, she is so warm and loving. And quite an easy going sense of humor. We absolutely love her. This was our first child, so we were very overwhelmed at first. We were freakin out a bit. lol. Then we met with Tara and she made everything… calm and easy. She made it so that we were able to appreciate this journey and enjoy it. What a difference!!! My husband, my new baby girl, and myself have all been blessed to have Tara in our lives.
