This review will be mostly on the service. The food here was above average fast food. It was hot, it was good, it’s pretty expensive for fast food… but it’s not your typical junky fast food. What really kills this location is the service. Horrid. We’ve yet to have our food order come out correctly. And that’s in about six or seven trips. We go for ice cream here and there, and that’s always so-so, but they just can’t do actual food worth a crap. We’ll go on nights where they support our local school, which is fantastic, but if you can’t get the food correct, it really kills the good vibes. Last night was the clincher. It was dead, we came in and ordered, the whole family, and sat down. The young lady behind the counter seemed intent on moving us through ASAP. Before we could get our order out, she’d interrupt. The young man that dropped our food off… best description, lazy. He slow walked up to our table, literally dropped the food off, gave us a half-assed mumble«here ya go,» and then shuffle off. I get it, you’re a menial fast food worker, but some places the workers actually put in effort and show some slice of caring. My daughters chicken tenders were SO dry and overcooked she couldn’t bite through them. Hell, I couldn’t bite through them. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich, no mayo, and of course it came out drenched in mayo. She would have complained but they told her at the counter it takes extra time for a chicken sandwich since it’s made to order, and she wanted to eat with the family and not be left out. So we both started scraping mayo off her sandwich like we were shoveling buckets of water out of a liferaft… My baconator was kind of a sloppy mess. My son’s chicken tenders were fine. The fries were actually really good, perfectly done, not dry or wet. We’ll be back on the fundraiser nights, and maybe once in a while for a blizzard,(I’d prefer to go closer to home to Scooters and make our own yogurt which is cheaper and more fun), but for food, no way, never again.

I was staying at the motel next door and walked over here on a Saturday evening. My experience was bittersweet, as my wife’s Blizzard was great but the Chili Dogs I ordered were lousy. My wife wanted a Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard, and she said it was delicious. I ordered a couple Chili Dogs, and the hot dogs were almost crunchy like something you would find at a gas station that had been sitting around all day. The chili on the hot dogs was stone cold. The service here was friendly and reasonably quick, but the quality needs some work.

It’s a typical Dairy Queen, so there are no surprises on the menu. With that being said, Dairy Queen does ice cream up right! It is delicious. Just about perfect for that sweet craving that won’t go away. The restaurant also offers burgers & chicken strips. It’s all good. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. Service is fast. The location is convenient. There is plenty of parking in the lot. This is a great place to stop when you have a sweet tooth.

Your basic Dairy Queen. The staff is fairly friendly and the store itself is nice looking and clean. Tonight we had a bit of a longer wait than usual. Decided to try the new confetti cake blizzard. It was pretty good.
