Great value. Rooms are updated, compact but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is okay. Staff is helpful. Will definitely stay here next time in Lincoln.

Not a bad little place but when I checked in at 3 am driving from louisville Kentucky to sacramento California I observed this little spot from the freeway when I checked in the price was a bit hefty for this place the receptionist was nice and friendly and very helpful but forgot to inform us that there is a continental breakfast that is in the lobby that ends at 10am luckily myself and my nephew got down here before the guy tore everything down completely another downfall is there was no elevator to take you upstairs and no carts if you happen to have a abundance of luggage that you don’t want to leave in your car I will say that the morning desk clerk was a nice guy when he could have turned us away due to we got to the breakfast late he was in the midst of tearing it all down but stopped and offered us what he had left that wasn’t put away which was cereal juice muffins bagels and pastries he asked us if we would like milk so we could have cereal and also brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us

Some people had great experiences here. My husband and I didn’t. We got to the front desk after a long night/day of driving there wasn’t anyone there we hit the buzzer a few times and still no one. About 10 minutes of waiting finally someone showed up out of the laundry room. We told him we didn’t know if the buzzer worked and he said ya it works very irritated. The only reason we stopped at this hotel is because we had a coupon from a rest stop. They didn’t even honor it. They said we don’t take those here, the address of the building was right on the coupon. It was the only name and address of the coupon. To top it all off we got our room which was of course up a flight of stairs with no elevator and once we got up to our room the lights wouldn’t come on and then the lamps did and there was dirty water left in the whirlpool tub which by the way you have to hold the drain up for the tub to drain or the water won’t go down. The toilet lid is about to fall off and the lamps are very dusty. Well anyways the rooms are nice and big. The beds comfortable. The whirlpool tub works. I didn’t get bit by bed bugs. There’s a rack for your luggage in the closet a flat screen tv. A personal air conditioner. Tip the whirlpool switch is on the other side of the room to give it power and light. So all in all the hotel was ok, but priced way too much. It wasn’t at all what I excepted for the $ 170 for one night.

Overall our stay here was good. Room was clean and looked nice. It appears as the entire hotel has been updated in maybe the past year. Pool and hot tub looked good, didn’t get in. Beds comfortable and clean. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. With a Dairy Queen 50 yards out the front door. There breakfast here was ok. Normal fair for a hotel chain breakfast. Over all it was worth the $ 115.00 to stay here. If the breakfast would have been a little better the fifth star would have been given.

Last time we passed through Lincoln, we stayed at the LaQuinta and we were very disappointed so we decided to try Americinn(north) this time. And am I glad we did! Our room is terrific. Extremely spacious and with an in-room jacuzzi. The king bed has awesome linens and is very comfortable. And there’s little«extra touches» that we appreciate like additional outlets for our electronics and quick and easy high-speed connection. The service at check-in was fast and polite and the lobby area is lovely. Coffee(with flavor additives) as well as oatmeal is available all day long. There was a minimal charge for our dog but lots of good walking areas and we weren’t made to feel like second-class citizens for traveling with our canine pals. Hotel is located in a very nice area and is right across the street from a Cracker Barrel. After 8 hours on the road, it was a pleasure to find this gem of a hotel!

Fantastic all the way around! Heading East upwards to Lincoln yesterday I gave myself a headache reading reviews on tripadvisor and google. All of them had bad reviews mingled with the positives, no matter the hotel. We wanted a cheaper hotel but didn’t want bugs/stains, etc. Part of the reason we chose Lincoln is it is right off 80, plenty of options, and we had hotel coupons from a rest stop booklet. Score! We creeped 1 hotel just driving by to see how clean it appeared from the outside. Decided then to go back to AmericInn because it looked very clean on the outside. Guess what? It was fabulous on the inside as well. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub that night and also the continental/hot breakfast the next morning. There were choices for everyone. I like to eat high raw(usually means, lots of fresh fruits and veggies). They had a lot of really fresh fruit to pick from; bananas, Clementine oranges, and apples. Perfect! They also had the normal fare of biscuits/gravy with sausage, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, bagels, english muffins, donuts, hard boiled eggs, orange juice, coffee, and tea. So definitely stop here. PS. They also honored our $ 59.99 coupon from the rest stop booklet. I had read so many reviews of other hotels not honoring them. So, no worries here.
