Worst service I’ve had from a Starbucks experience. The manager wouldn’t even talk to me about a complaint. I’ll go to the Starbucks down the street, which is out of my way, just to avoid this place. Again, worst experience I’ve ever had.

I live at Starbucks & this was possibly the Worst Starbucks Drive-thru I’ve been to. First of all, when I ask for an answer on what’s in a certain food item, you DO NOT answer with I DON’T KNOW. You are a National Retailer & that is not acceptable. get off your laZy A#% aNd go get the answer! Secondly, you are completely Dead, not a car in front or in back of me, and you won’t take separate orders. GOOD BYE! I’m Happi to have not wasted my money here.

I have to say, having worked at licensed stores and being a huge fan, this place is by far my favorite! Naheim sp? Came outside to help me change my tire when I had a blowout. They were all just so friendly and created such a positive atmosphere. I will now go out of my way to go to this particular store!

2^nd time I’ve ordered a decaf and not available. When pulled up to the drive thru — no decaf. Asked if I wanted an Americano instead, then they charged me the higher price. Done at Starbucks moving to Hansa coffee down the road. So rude!

Been coming here every day of the week with my girlfriend and I love the outdoor seating. They also remember my order and are always friendly, I love this Starbucks. Its like my home away from home.

I usually come to Starbucks to study early in the morning. However, in the recent weeks, the place had become really noisy and so, I no longer study here.
Overall, the service is great and the partrons are extremely friendly. I have no complaints for the place and if it wasn’t for the excessive noise, I would continue to study here.
Despite the noise though, its still a good place for a quick coffee break.

This is a regular old Starbucks. It is in a nice location if you are heading out of North Lville for the city or WI, but otherwise is wholly unremarkable. it is staffed by friendly, caffeinated people (just as one would expect of any Starbucks).
A slight gripe that my iced coffee was too much ice, and their «veggie» breakfast sandwich lacks any vegetables, featuring just egg and cheese on English muffins but whatever.

I enjoyed this Starbucks. It has a drive through (I think ALL STARBUCKS should have drive throughs!).
I went at five in the morning and the employees were opening up but they did get both of my orders right. The bathrooms were clean, the tables were clean, and the sun rose right in the window which I loved.
They also have an outside patio and the wifi was functional.
