I was treated at the Liberty facility for poison ivy! I was anxious upon my arrival there because I had a wedding to attend out of state the next day. The staff was so kind to me. Debbie at the front desk, Kathie in the back and I can’t say enough about Dr. McFarlin! He was very thorough with the instructions I needed to follow! Asked questions on my health history before treating me, not to mention just a really great guy! I will not hesitate to go there again!

Place was comfortable, staff were friendly, dr was great. Have had bad experiences at other area urgent care clinics. Will definately use them again in the future

I was surprised! I am now a convert! I had a stitch that came to the surface after my primary physician had removed them following a procedure. Rather than driving all of the way in to Kansas City make an appointment, blah, blah, blah I drove by The Urgency Room and thought I would give it a try. I was met in a professional manner, they checked to make sure they could remove the stitch before having me fill out any paperwork, and the whole thing – from walking in to walking out – took 45 minutes! Easy Peasy! I thought the place was very clean, the physician – a professor of Emergency Room techniques – was competent yet friendly, and the nurse actually listened to me which kept me from having to go through the whole description over and over. I went in on a whim to ‘check it out’ and I came out believing I would return again.
