Great people. Great service. Great food. Great prices. Clean and nice atmosphere. I really enjoy eating here and often pickup breakfast to go.

SMOKEY Mo in Liberty hill doesn’t seem to smoke the brisket. Perhaps cooked in crock pot or boiled !!! $ 38 for the incorrect order and missing sides and boiled brisket ! Not worth the drive or the money.

I will never eat here again. Not only is the staff rude and unfriendly, I received 4 black arm or chest hairs in my breakfast taco

This location moved into a new building and the food is still not comparable to another location. We should have gone to the other one because my wife’s order was wrong and we did not tell them because we were tired and hungry.
The brisket was fatty and the ribs were too salty. Fortunately, my wife likes their sauce, so she was able to drown the meat. The wife ordered pinto beans, which they had to bring out afterwards, and they too did not have a good taste.
We ate the fries, bread and pickles, and took home two rib bones to the dog.
We will not make the 80 mile round trip again. Sorry, Mo.

We have been to this location twice. The first time was amazing. On a Sunday morning. .brisket moist, sausage and ribs excellent! We went back a week later… ribs a bit dry. but the rest was amazing. Very good potato salad! Their sauce is good, too! The smokey Mo’s at this location is better than the Georgetown location. It has been awhile since we have been… going again to pick up tonight. We always take out… so don’t know about inside service.

So another bad customer service experience at this location again (would be the 4^th and prob last time). I come into the place at 9:58am and basically get told sorry we aren’t serving breakfast anymore after standing there a couple minutes before even being acknowledged as a customer (its now 10am before they even say Hi). I guess I can give them credit for the mindset of «oh, we’ll just ignore him till it hits 10 so we don’t have to take his order.» I would expect this from McDs, not a «supposedly» family owned small business. If the owner/​manger does read this, your staff at this location routinely ignore customers when they arrive at the counter for unusually long times, they often give you the wrong side orders, and just in general seem to be there collecting a paycheck and could careless whether you are happy with your experience. I still go to other locations, but after driving through the pouring rain to make it there before 10am on ¹²⁄₂₁ to get my family breakfast, only to be turned right back out the door into the rain… I done with this place. I can still recommend their chain, but would recommend avoiding this particular location.

Great moist cut brisket! Not too crazy about their sauce. Pork ribs are inconsistent-​sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Great service. Place is usually packed at lunch.
