Our family goes here every Sunday for barbacoa that’s hot & fresh & the only place that properly prepares it we can find in KY! & the tamales are AMAZING! Produce, other fresh meats & items are cheap/​reasonably priced. & they keep 12 packs of soda pop cold! Going there shortly, my mouth is already watering for their barbacoa & tamales.

Produce is cheap and good, particularly the avocadoes and onions. Wide selection of Mexican soft drinks & beers. Awesome inventory of dried chiles and spices. The meat is decent; there’s a branch of Aguascalientes on Woodhill Drive that has better cuts. The tortilleria across Alexandria Drive makes fresh corn tortillas that are outrageously good (Tortilleria Y Taqueria Ramirez).
