I am very disappointed at Youfit! I wish they could give a zero star at this point. They decide to close any locations they want to without warning. I have never gotten any phone calls or emails or anything. No refunds, plus $ 10 cancellation fee, and annual fee just took out of my bank. Just wow! All memberships were transferred to Flower Mound. They call it the«closest location» without approval from customers. I had to drive there at least 15 – 20 minutes without traffic. The worst business management I have even experienced in my entire life! I hope their business is going down to hill.

This place is closed!!! I drove up to go workout, equipment is missing and the doors are locked!!! No email, or phone call to let me know. Yet they still debited my account. Worst way to treat customers and horrible way to run a business!!!

Just a mess. They sent an email Friday night after 10pm saying they’re closing the next day. Dafuk type of establishment is this. I feel bad for the employees, they were all super nice. Unless I get a detailed email explaining wtf happened, I never want to do business with you again(even IF you had great rates and attractive employees). Just a mess Youfit, pull it together.

I just wanted to say that this gym has the nicest people working there and is absolutely the Cleanest gym I have ever worked out at. I asked the guy working there tonight named Justin to give me whoever I could e-mail to let you all Know this is the best gym I have ever worked out at. I hope more people show their appreciation by letting you all know this gym is great to Work out at!!!

I just visited this gym as a guest and it was extremely clean and the customer service was spectacular! I was offered a 3-day pass and I am strongly considering becoming a member. I would love it if they offered classes. Go visit Youfit!(not paid to review)
