Absolutely loved this place, the food is always fresh, the service is great. It’s definitely worth the 10 minute drive. And omg the lemonade

I only wish I could make chicken tenders this good. And don’t even get me started on those crinkle fries and Texas toast! I had a great lunch at this location and I never would have known the cashier was only on his 3rd day! He was a pro and the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely going to come here again!

Canes is usually one of my favorite fast food places. Maybe I got the bad shift cause I waited 20 minutes for my order. I only ordered a box combo at 930 but the staff had already shut everything off. Will not be going to this location again.

I review every Raising Cane’s I’ve been to because I am crazy!!! This one was actually above the normal greatness of Cane’s. The manager on duty, I forgot his name, was super chill at the front and even joked around with us a bit. He has a future at the Dallas Comedy Club. Our food was freshly prepared and super hot upon first bite. I teared up a bit due to the extreme heat and beautiful tenderness in the aftermath of my first bite. Would definitely burn the roof of my mouth again. 11⁄10 rating.

Fantastic food and service every time I go! I don’t care for the sauce, but the chicken to me is delicious on it’s own, now drive thru access can be a challenge, but it just seems to be when I pull in, oh well, it’s worth it!

They are always amazing. They are busy, but that just speaks to the quality of the chain.

I really enjoy Cane’s but the Hebron and Main St Lewisville locations always seem to have stale bread for the chicken sandwich which I always forget! The chicken is still great but it takes it down a notch when you bite into the bread and it crumbles. The Frisco locations are always on point with the soft toasted buns fresh chicken, hot fries and sweet tea to die for!

Best caines location I’ve been to. Everything is fresh, very considerate and friendly drive thru attendants. Will go here for any time I have fried chicken cravings.

This is one of my favorite fast food places for chicken. It’s pretty good and I like their dipping sauce. One drawback is that the tea is way too sweet. I always have to go half sweet/half unsweet. Well actually two drawbacks, this location is in love with their air conditioner year round. Even when there is ice outside(rare, but it happens). Raising Cane’s has a great menu too. You won’t find hamburgers or tacos or fish sandwiches on it. They do chicken strips and they do them well. Nuff said. The menu is to the point, I’m not kidding. There’s like 7 food items total to choose from.

No seasoning on anything. Literally none. I don’t understand why everyone rants and raves about this place. The only thing that saves them is the thick chicken strips.

Every time I come here the chicken keeps getting smaller and smaller. The food here is good but I get tired of it after a while. I wish the chicken had favor it’s just plane. The sauce is good but nothing to rave about. My friends are obsessed with canes and still can’t figure out why. When I first had canes I thought this stuff was the best stuff ever. I just don’t like it as much anymore.

I would give the food 4.5 stars, however I have to give 3 stars overall because of the service. I had my first Cane’s experience a few months ago and since then, I’ve been hooked! My first few visits was to the location on Main Street and that experience was outstanding, however this location can’t get it together. After my experience today, I vowed not to go to Cane’s ever again, but after reconsideration, I decided just not to return to this particular location. This had been my experience at the location on Hebron: Visit 1: wrong order, cashier act like she didn’t want to fix my order. Very rude Visit 2: waited over 30 minutes for food. After waiting all that time, Food was cold, so they remade the food and gave us a gift card for one free meal. Visit 3: extremely long wait, no sauce and only toast in 1 of the orders Visit 4: DEFINITELYMYLASTVISITTOTHISLOCATION. The line wasn’t long when we got the, but after waiting nearly 20 mins the line kept growing. Customers were driving away because of the wait… Decided to use gift card for free meal from visit 2. When I got to the window she said that I owed 32 cents. She said it was because I ordered lemonade. I know it was only a few cents, but I felt that that should have been included in the free meal… We waited even longer after I got the lemonade. They need more training or extra workers because this is ridiculous to wait so long and then they get an attitude like it’s your fault… Wish there was one in Denton

Pissed Off Normally I love Cane’s but last night it was a huge mistake. First of all the line was very long and you would think with that many people and line and also eating inside the food would be fresh right nope. The chicken was burnt and dry the fries was stale and the bread was soggy. I dont know how this happen if im in line waiting over 20 mins thinking im going to be getting fresh food. I wanted to complain so bad but I was home before I seen this hot mess. I think that this location needs some kind of better managment bc everytime I come here dont matter if its day or night people is always playing and joking around instead of doing their job. I’m going to corporate with this complaint this was the last straw last night. From your ex fan club member

If you’re looking for chicken fingers and fries, this is the place to go! The cane sauce is amazing and the crinkle cut fries are always hot.

This review is over the one on Hebron. Dont get me wrong Canes is amazing! However I will make sure not to go to this location. Sometimes the staff is good, but usualy(especialy compared to other Canes enthusiasum) its very lack luster. They keep it pretty clean most of the time. Also this location is kinda hard to get to, you have to know exactly where you are going a few exits ahead and even if you make that exit the parking lot is kinda hard to get to as well. If you want the full canes experience I reccomend the one in flowermound at least. Good food, just ok service.

I can’t believe I am typing these words, but the world’s best chicken tenders are at a fast food joint: Raising Cane’s. 24 hour brine on the meat for a moist and flavorful meat. Perfectly breaded for a little crunch. Really tasty sides like garlic Texas Toast. Funny little slogans like«Chicken chicken whatcha pick in’?» Cane’s really is the best chicken tender I have ever had. This location had slower service than I would have liked, and you can only order chicken tenders and sides like all Cane’s locations, so no 5 star. But my goodness that’s good chicken.

I’m about to raise some Cain alright and it is all focused on the blandness of their chicken fingers. One would think that when your menu is based on the awesomeness of your chicken fingers it would mean that you really took time to create an awesome recipe. Unfortunately this is not the truth of Raising Cane, and it is a real shame. The two times I visited their restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised with the sizable, all white mean, juicy, beautifully fried chicken fingers, but as soon as you bite in, you are confronted with a sea of bland. Seriously, there is nothing more offensive than unseasoned chicken. Not even the really delicious house dipping sauce can combat the sea of blah that will hit your palate. As for the sides… well… the fries aren’t bad, but again, the cole slaw left a lot to be desired. What was quite yummy was the Texas Toast served with it, but hey, if you can screw up making toast then we have bigger issues going on. I can say that the service I received was warm and very courteous and I really wanted to like this place after all of the rave reviews I heard from people, but alas, this place just does not live up to the hype.
