This location service is horrible! I believe it’s a franchise location being that it’s married with A&W … However they charge a ridiculous 0.27 for dipping sauce with chicken tenders. I told the lady at the window she can either give me the sauce or refund my money! She gave it to me as I knew she would! You’re not going to nickel and dime me as a customer!

KFCs that are ‘melded’ with other brands just are not that good. This one is sharing with A&W and it does not apply it’s best efforts to providing excellent food or service to the KFC brand. Either the spices were very old or the kitchen staff forgot to use all of them. The chicken was not up to KFC standards as I remember them. The potato wedges must have been sitting under the hot lamp for a long time, mixed in with the A&W French fries. The biscuit and cole slaw were the best things on my plate. No ketchup or honey, must be hidden under the counter but, was never asked if I needed anything. After I got home, I saw that I was charged $ 1.00 for a cup of water and I had told the woman at the register all I wanted to drink was water. She kept speaking very fast with a heavy accent which made ordering a long process. I was hoping to find KFC a lot better, especially after seeing the latest commercials. WRONG.

I hate to even give them one star. The drive thru lady was rude n couldn’t speaking good English i had to tell her my order in my broken Spanish just so she could get it right… FML what happens when someone else comes thru??? Never again… Where is the BBQ??? Lol

Horrible people here. My to-​go order came out wrong three times so I finally decided to complain and the worker gives me an attitude. Then I ask for the manager and he’s even worse. I just want some chicken!
