Came in here twice in the last 6 months, and received horrible customer service both times, including service from management. Staff acted unspeakably inconvenienced when I asked them to help me locate items in the VERY unorganized store. Was told over the phone that they carry an item I was looking for, only to be told that they don’t carry that item when I came in to purchase it. Save your time, and go to one of the many alternatives (Dicks, Academy, Nill Bros). I know I will be.

I arranged to have two sample hats embroidered here. I dropped off two blank hats on ½/​15. I never heard from anyone from the store again. They essentially stole 2 hats from me and wasted 2 months of my time.
This place doesn’t deserve even 1 star.
