Had my blower serviced here. When I dropped it off they told me it would cost «between 80.00 and 100.00 dollars. I thought that was expensive (I can get my car tuned up and the oil changed for less). The owner said that «I would love the way it runs when I got it back» so reluctantly, I left it. I paid them $ 86.89 for their so-​called repairs. When I picked it up it was running worse than when I dropped it off! I took it back, they said there was nothing wrong with it and that «I DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO USE MY OWN BLOWER». Ridiculous! I continue to have problems and am now going to have to have it serviced again :(

I was offered a free repair which I rejected. I was told when I picked up my mower that there were 70 units in front of me — after10 days in the shop. I took the mower to Georges in El Cajon and the mower was repaired in less than 1 hour. I’m going to mow my lawn right now!

Came in today to find out if they could fix the weed whacker. Their prices are a bit expensive but the customer service from Jose was outstanding. He gave us some hints on a few things and said if that doesn’t work then come back. We will be back with our business if that does not work. Thanks Jose for great customer service.
The parking here is terrible. And the company parks their huge truck right in front which makes it difficult for their customers to park. Maybe they should park down the street so we can park in front? Just a suggestion.

Not only did I check Google for SVLMS’ hours, I also called before I loaded my old generator to take it in. Both Google and the voice message say 6pm. Guess what? Sign on the door says 5pm. They may be a great shop but my time was wasted and I took my business to George in El Cajon. Fix the hours.

The throttle cable on my lawn mower got cut so I called Spring Valley Lawn Mower Shop and they told me to bring in the throttle cable. They were able to match it with one they had in stock for a reasonable price and it worked perfectly.

This was the closest place to my house so I thought I’d give it a shot. Can’t really give a 5 star review as I am not a lawn mower repair shop connoisseur, but the gentleman there was friendly and helpful and gave me a complete rundown of what was wrong and how much it would be. Took a couple of days to get back, but my lawn wasn’t in need of immediate care. Thought I’d be the first to review so others may take there lawn machinery there as well.
