For me, this place was a relaxing spot. if you’re looking to fine a place to just have some shots before heading home for sleep. this might be a good place. food is as good as every other tgi fridays.

Very good service. Everyone is friendly. Manager comes by to greet everyone at the table. Food is really good. Mahi Mahi was cooked just right. Really enjoyed the place.

I haven’t been here in ages. I was sick and in the mood for soup and salad. I recall there being an option off the lunch menu. Unlimited salad, soup, breadsticks and a drink for $ 5.99. You could order it for dinner for $ 2 more. I called to place the order and the guy asked me if I meant to call Olive Garden. After he finally understood what I was saying, it took about 30 minutes to get my food. Again it was soup and salad. Not sure what took so long. There were no breadsticks. The salad was soggy and the soup was way too watery. It was disgusting. Should have gone next door to panera.

It was terrible! The host was the only one that even noticed and said hello to us and it seemed to me that he was the only one that was working in the entire restaurant! Very madly managed! We waited 15 – 20 minutes for a table in an empty restaurant, then waited for another 15 – 20 and non of the waitresses even noticed, or said hello to us! And so we just left!

I always come here for their Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. It’s one of my favorites! I also love having the option of choosing a trio of appetizers to share. My mom and I ordered garlic parmesan wings, pot stickers and loaded potato skins for only $ 13.50. If I wasn’t too full from the appetizer and entrée, I would have gone for the vanilla bean cheesecake. Until next time.

This is by far the WORST TGI Friday’s I have ever been to. The place is dirty and with plenty of open tables the hostess couldn’t get us a table for 10 minutes after we arrived. Our waitress was rude, very slow and completely unapologetic. It took 15 minutes for her to take our drink order. Then, when my husband, who is 43 years old (and looks it), ordered a beer the waitress asked for his ID which he didn’t have. The waitress and the manager refused to serve him a beer-​RIDICULOUS!!! Then, the waitress didn’t even ask what else he would like to drink… he went without. The only reason we stayed was because it was our son’s birthday and he asked to eat at Friday’s. Our food was cold and not appetizing at all. My son got his ‘cup of dirt’ for free for his birthday-whoopeee…I asked the waitress why she didn’t ask for my son’s ID to prove that it was his birthday. Never going back there… EVER!

Men’s restroom needed trash taken out badly… paper towels ontop of bin and over floor. They were out of dogfish 60 minute IPA for a week. Out of 5 dollar boneless wings, out of the entrée we wanted, out of lettuce for salad. The manager Melissa was nice enough to NOT offer us anything else, not to buy our meal or give any discount. It was terrible and I told her I would never come back!

I haven’t been to a TGI Fridays’s in a long time. After our visit to this one, I doubt I will ever go to one again.
Service was abysmally slow. Appetizers took forever to find their way to our table. Server was very inattentive. Drinks sat empty most of the time and when one of us asked for a refill, the server seldom considered asking if anyone else needed a refill. Our empty glasses turned into a large collection at the end of the table; server didn’t think to take dirties away very often.
Food was mediocre. Potato skins were dry and bland. Chicken wings were good, but not ho) enough (temperature). Margaritas were only half salted and in glasses with a false size and too much ice.
Ugh!

I wasn’t particularly excited about the lack of non-​meat meals, but for a genetic chain restaurant, it’s a relatively decent experience. Husband and I came for a date night during the NFL playoffs. We sat in the bar which wasn’t overwhelmingly loud which was nice. I ordered the salmon in lobster sauce and husband got the rack of ribs.
Both were good and add the coupon we had mailed to us and it made it a truly great meal. Our server was attentive and the food was hot, I am literally only docking 2 stars because of the severe lack of vegetarian options. Come on, get with the program!

Rule #1 of operating any business is answer the phone.
I’ve tried calling to place an order for pickup for the past hour and no one has answered the phone. Now there could be unforeseen circumstances such as a fire or medical emergency but my guess is no one is paying any attention or they just do not want to deal with whoever may be on the other end. For this you have lost my business and I will continue to put this location on blast for the terrible service. Hopefully a manager or some sort of authoritative figure will see this and tell there employees to simply pick up the telephone.

When We first arrived at Fridays we asked for the drink specials. The bartender was rude with little patience. And just plain out nasty. Our food had a bug in it so they have us the food and drinks for free I was on fire of course it’s free there was a big ass bug in it so I complained more like is this really happening. So she gave us $ 30 in Fridays gift cards. I checked the reviews on Unilocal and this Fridays always had issues with bugs never goin here again

Thought my daughter and I would have a pleasant girls lunch. It was very disappointing. Ms personality, our waitress was anything but. I can over look no personality if it comes with good service but we got neither. My club sandwich on a nice baguette was horrendous. The baguette was so hard it tore up the roof of my mouth after 3 bites. I could not even cut it with a nice. I took the meat off the bread but the turkey tasted like all ham. I gave up. There was a bright side, or appetizer and the host. Not sure if I will go back, but if I do it would be for adult beverages and appetizers only.

Stopped in for a late lunch after shopping at a nearby outlet mall. Things were a bit chaotic when we entered — there were two groups in front of us, plus three servers and a manager trying to figure things out. Then the manager chastised a server for first wanting to seat us near a large family, saying «They’re four adults; they won’t want to sit by kids.» The table the manager selected wasn’t clean, so we had to wait around while he got stuff and cleaned it up.
The food was fine — standard chain fare. However, nearly $ 70 before tip for lunch for 4 people (including soft drinks) seemed a bit much.

What can I say, the food is decent, the service was a bit slow (but very friendly). I think that the prices at Friday’s are a bit much much for the standard food. My son ordered the ribs, and I was surprised that they were so expensive, you would of thought that you were at a specialty BBQ place or something.
All in all, pretty satisfied and pretty much what you exepct from this chain; not great, but not too bad.
