Watch your check-​out, as they will try to switch your end price percent off. Of the four items purchased, all rang up with the wrong percentage off. To add insult to injury, I had to walk the cashier to the rack where I picked up the coat to prove the signage with the stated percentage off. She then subsequently removed the signage so no others would get the deal that was promised at the front door which lured me into the store in the first place. When it is such an hassle to get the deal promised on the floor, I rather spend my time and $$ elsewhere. Don’t make it so difficult for me to spend my money! I won’t be back! Check me out at the Rack.

Five stars for their shoe and bag sales, one star for the clothing.
Every time I come here, I walk out with a few pairs of shoes and a new handbag… I have to limit my visits :) they carry very high end designers and, maybe it’s just my luck, but the shoes and bags always seem to be an additional 40% off when I stop in. Last time I was here I got a DVF wallet and bag… At 40% off.
The clothes are totally unorganized, WAY over priced for an outlet, and even with a sale they’re just not worth it… I stick to marshalls and TJs for discount clothing.
This location does offer some cosmetics and they have the usual higher end chocolates and teas *impulse buys!*
The lines are usually shorter than many of the other outlet stores. Make the stop if you need a new bag or wallet.

Excellent deals on high quality items for woman and men. One of the real (!) outlets in this mall. Friendly and helpful staff!

This store has three major problems:
1. There is hardly any/​at times no designer clothing or handbags
2. The sales change every week, and there are no price adjustments
3. The store is extremely disorganized/​dirty
I think I’m sticking to Bloomingdales Outlet! 0:-)

This place keeps changing their look almost every season — confusing for shoppers!
Also their selection is a hit or a miss most times. I have found some good stuff though on occasion.
Customer service is poor at best :(

This place has good deals on some brands and relatively poor deals on others. You can buy a $ 108 Canterbury of New Zealand oxford for $ 38 and a $ 220 Energie jacket for $ 65. Yet Rock & Republic jeans are around $ 150 and 7 for all Mankind hovers near $ 120, about 20% higher than at Nordstrom Rack in Sterling. The folks here are helpful, but easily overwhelmed if there are a lot of customers (read: All the time). However, being an outlet, you don’t need the same service you would at a «real» Saks Fifth Avenue.

I can not emphasize how great this hidden spot is. It’s not bottom basement prices but if your willing to spend a little you’ll get a lot. I got a $ 700 leather jacket for only $ 160. I bought a pair of gucci bamboo sunglasses for only $ 80 from $ 400!
