This store is a disgrace to the good name of Ralph Lauren. A Polo aficionado for years, I can say with confidence that there is next to nothing in this store that I would consider wearing. The vast majority of what you find here is cheap, made-​for-​outlet clothing with defects galore. Spare yourself the embarrassment of wearing this third-​rate, poor man’s Polo and stick to the department stores, or Ralph’s sublime Georgetown location. (Disclaimer: I am typing this as a wear an Italian-​woven cashmere sweater from Ralph’s boutique at Lord & Taylor)

Smaller than other Ralph Lauren Factory Stores, the Leesburg, VA location has both men’s and women’s collections. The floor layout is based on the older versions of the outlet shops, whereas most of the RL stores now have been remodeled and share the same look and feel.
One bonus, not typically seen at most of the updated stores is the 50% off rack, which includes true outlet seconds which are at significantly reduced prices.
Pleasant staff, but as with most of these outlet stores, you’re not ever likely to see the same employees more than once per trip, since the turnover appears to be quite high.

I have a great experience of coustmer service in this store. Manager name «Averie» is such a good help. I was trying to find a coutom fit shirt. They don’t have a size for me, so she called in potomac mills and ask them to hold the shirt. Which I think evry business does it. But the main part was her way of talking which was so polite. It was impressive. Keep it up Averie.

this store does have a decent selection of stuff but it does not look clean and organized and welcoming :(One reason can be the amount of foot traffic this store gets and the staff do seem to be working all the time, but looks like the are always behind the curve in taking care of the store.
Checkout island in the middle of the store is hard to get to — place for line is cramped and confusing.

Decent sales but if you can catch them on a great day I’ve bought some cute tops for $ 12 and I got one of my favorite suits for 75% off for only $ 25!
