Hugo Boss

I purchased an item that did not fit the way I expected. I called the store and they said I could return it. The store is almost an hour drive away. I planned a whole trip to go out to Hugo Boss in Leesburg Outlet. I arrived I informed the associate behind the desk regarding my purchase. He asked me to demonstrate wearing the product and seemed not to believe me. He informed me the product was intended to be worn a certain specific way which I did not like. I mentioned I called and was told I could return it by their reps. This man wouldn’t let me return it and it was a wasted trip. Bad customer service at a high end outlet store naming Hugo Boss. I really appreciate hugo boss products but that man gave me a bad impression.
