They need another person and register to offset the workflow. The staff works hard but they don’t have the space/equipment/staff to handle the traffic at times it seems. Still a good business all in all.

Used to be my go-to place right in my neighborhood. Not anymore. They wanted to charge me $ 1.64 to put a piece of tape on my 4“x12″ box to ship back to Amazon(with my pre-paid shipping label). I couldn’t believe my ears, thought they were kidding — they weren’t. I walked out. Will never return. So ridiculous.

This is my Go To store for UPS, and it’s also my business mailbox. I like this store, the owner, and the employees. They are friendly and helpful. It’s also nice to be able to drop off a USPS package without the long lines at USPS. What more can I say… I’ve had a box here for multi-years and will continue to do business with this company. I guess my continued business with them shows I value and respect their service.

It’s a UPS store. Currently sitting in an almost empty mall area — since the Hyvee anchor store closed. But they are still there — and still doing a good job. We’ve had a mailbox there for 15 years. We’ve never had a problem, though we’ve also never demanded a lot. Mail delivery, mail pickup, mail dropoff — it has all worked. And as good customers, they continually give us a nice discount when we renew the mailbox. Don’t know what else to say — it has all worked.

What irks me about this place is its consistent ways to piss of customers. First time we dealt with this store was when my husband sent his confidential VISA documents to a Canadian consultant and they lost it. Straight up ALLOFHISDOCUMENTSWERELOST. And when we called to inquire about it, no one could care less. There was no degree of concern or aid to try and track the package. It was time sensitive, we spent $ 75 on overnighting the package to the consulate but we weren’t even reimbursed… not one penny. Today I went there and was disappointed yet again… I feel like the most incompetent of people work at this location and sadly I gave them a second chance after the first fiasco. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this location nor will I be dealing with UPS ever again. USPS and FedEx for me now.
