Studio 200 Salon

I am thanking my lucky stars I found Studio 200. I have been looking for a salon for months and finally found my place! Thank you Jamie for giving me one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever received! I will be a forever customer!

I have been a client of Christian W. for about a year. I was in a jam, when after nearly 10 years of loyalty, I was abandoned by my previous hair stylist when she up and moved to Corpus Christi with no previous notice to her clientele.
It took four months to find a new hair stylist. And in that time, I had an all out hair nightmare with an intoxicated stylist whose first name begins with D and ends with eborah and last name begins with D and ends with eFazio. That woman was one glass of wine away from being a female version of Sweeny Todd. And if you ever want to hear a good story over a pizza and some wine, holla’! I will tell you about the 4 hour hair adventure of August 9, 2013. But that’s an entirely different review.
Christian to the rescue! I am finally getting compliments on my hair again! It’s been forever since I’ve gotten compliments on my hair. Not only does Christian do a great cut, she takes the time to show me how to style it. I love her. Christian does hair for the love of doing hair. I can walk in there knowing she isn’t going to up sell me $ 50 worth of product. I just know that after 45 minutes or so with Christian, I am going to have had a fantastic conversation, I am going to have laughed, I am going to feel good and my hair is going to look silky & incredible.
On top of all that, she’s just a down to earth, good person. What you see is what you get.

I discovered Jamie at another Salon and have been following her ever since. Jamie and Chris run a great salon — it’s small, comfortable and friendly.
Jamie is patient, funny and sweet, and definitely an ‘old soul’. She works miracles on my flat, kinked out, thin hair and then switches to continue those miracles on my daughter’s thick, straight hair easily.
For a great cut, colour, and waxing, for a reasonable price (without the big salon hoopla), I highly recommend Jamie.

I’ve followed Christian from salon to salon as she has grown her business! I’m so glad she now has one of her own! Christian is one of those stylists who can look at a picture and recreate a look, or you can sit down in her chair and let her work her magic (my favorite!). I love going in to have a cut and/​or color… knowing I’m going to look great when I walk out! She’s great with styling and updo’s too! The girls are both talented and friendly! You won’t be disappointed!

I searched for a year to find an awesome hairstylist near my home. After being referred by a friend to Studio 200 and Christian, I knew I had found a new home for my hair! She is awesome, has a real knack for knowing what looks great and just how to cut it. you will not be disappointed in her skills or the price… save that gas money. no need to drive into Austin anymore!
