I just went to this place today. I found this place through Binna Y. who is the first person wrote a review about them. Anyway, my first impression of this place is «Is this a bar, café or bakery?» When I stepped into this place, there were nobody but me and the cashier. Their windows and door was tinted. You can’t see what’s inside from the outside. This can cause people not to try this place. The inside of this place was gloomy. But it wasn’t a romantic place either. I think this place need to decide what kind of shop they want it to be. Otherwise, I really think they are going to run out their business. They need to clarify their theme and style. Also, to me this place wasn’t a family friendly place either. I really don’t know what kind of people, what age range of people they are trying to get? I couldn’t tell by the way their shop look. Regarding their food, I saw only two loaf of breads were on the shelf. If they are a bakery shop, I think they should have more breads displayed in their shelf. They got several kinds of cakes in the showcase. But it did not look as fancy as Hansel and Gretel(korean-french backery), Mozart(korean-french backery), GA Backery(french Backery), and others. It looked too amature. Also, I wished they use a real fresh whipped cream for their cakes instead of using imitation whipped cream like cool whip. I bought two different cakes today. One is rasberry slice and anothe one was milky puddin with corn flakey things on the top of pudding. I didn’t cake care for the rasberry slice. It was like a mose with a sponge cake. I didn’t care for this one because they used imitation whipped cream. For the milky pudding(I don’t know the name), I liked it. But I think they need to improve on the decoration and designe. Because there are many competitive backery shopps out there. I think the concept of Romanian Backery is very good. So far, they are the only one in ATL area. But it doesn’t attrac people yet, because they are not really settled. And they need to do continuous improvement.

A new Romanian bakery. Clean and nicely decorated inside. Service was just alright. I asked for their recommendations, and what I purchased was good, but I thought comparable to any other American bakery. But I did noticed that the customer who spoke Romanian ordered something cheaper and more what I was looking for. A donut and(I think) some feta cheese on the side. I’ll go back, try it, and review again.
