We have been here twice and were pleased both times. The chicken wings and chicken tenders are both really good. This is a typical wing spot so when you go in with the right expectations you should be fine. Also, we discovered that kids eat free on Sundays so we may be visiting here more often!

First we sent all of our food back. One of our party did not get her recooked food back until we were ready to leave. The service was really good. However the food was not worth the visit. The staff tried to rectify the situation but you can’t fix bad food.

My mother, sister and I came here for lunch on Sept 15th. Experience was excellent. I had the queso verde dip w/chips, my mother had boneless lemon pepper wings w/garlic bread and my sister got wings(scorching) and tenders lunch special. Our food was so delicious. We had Austin as our waiter and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered a couple bar drinks, which came out in less than 10 minutes. The drinks were strong and tasty. Will definitely be back

Maybe management should read the reviews. Should have turned around when the hostess looked put out that she needed to see if a table for two was available. We sat for 15 min until I waved down a server to get drinks — it wasn’t his table but … 15 more minutes our waters arrived — it only goes down hill from here. Silly us for staying — just wanted a salad.

Very friendly service. Most of the food was ok, but the wings were very small and seemed to be reheated(very dry). We will give it another try at some point, though, and hope for fresher tasting food. Always want to help the local restaurants out!

Usually the service is good. Today it was horrible. The new«homemade» wing sauce was not good at all. We had the lemon pepper and teriyaki — very bad. Go back to your former sauces, they were much better! Everyone has a bad day, we usually don’t have this bad of service.

This place is horrible. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you want good food, good service, and any type of ambience. This is the second time(Yes we decided to give them another chance) that we have had a bad experience. The first time my wife and I ordered the Hawaiian burger that has a pineapple ringon top of that along with some kind of Asian barbecue sauce. Our server said she was new, so when the burger came out without the pineapple or the sauce we just told that our heads and decided to eat and to give her the benefit of the doubt. This time, I believe we got the same server, and decided to order the same burgers. We even inform the server about the last time and asked that she make sure that they put the pineapples and the sauce on top. Before the food was brought out, she came out and said you guys are in luck you got the last two pineapples. We kind of just laughed and looked at each other and smiled. Ready for this, The burgers come out with no pineapple, no sauce and we looked at each other and laughed. Called the waitress over expressed our concerns and she took them back to the kitchen. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of what came back out to the table. Instead of pineapple rings, we each got about 2 ounces of chopped pineapple that have been sautéed in a pan, but guess what, no sauce. At this point, we were done and just wanted to leave. I told the waitress it look like the cooks simply took the pineapple out of a couple of fruit cups and heated them up, the best part was that she agreed with me and said yes they do it all the time. I almost could not believe what I was hearing. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and she said okay, just shortly after that another girl comes out with the sauce that was supposed to be on the burgers and put them down in front of us as if nothing had happened. The manager finally came out took the burgers away and said he would take care of it. Shortly after that my daughter’s friend found a hair in her french fries. I thought, this is unbelievable. This restaurant used to be so good after first opened. I honestly didn’t think that I saw anyone working there that was over the age of 24. I went to tell the manager about the hair and he was nowhere to be found. So I told another waitress and showed it to her and she said that it must’ve been the hair from cob of corn. I just shook my head and laughed as I could not believe my ears. What a nightmare! I was in restaurants for 21 years, and at this point I would’ve written off the whole check apologized and sent the people on their way hoping that they would give us another chance. Did the manager do that? No chance! However, you can bet your sweet ass when he came out to adjust to check the second time he was chewing a mouthful of food. I guess that’s what’s more important than customer service. The waitress was extremely apologetic, and while I don’t blame her for the kitchens mistakes, she should never have let her tables food come out that way. But I blame that on a lack of training. We will never ever go to this place again and I highly advise anyone reading this to do likewise.

If you dine at this place you will be truly disappointed in the service. Being in the service industry and having been a cook, server, and Manager, I’m one of the most sympathetic customers you can imagine. When I brought my concern to the manager, not only was she unconcerned, she was condescending to me as a customer. It’s clear to me that the management and ownership are fine with mediocre, so if you want a dining experience you will enjoy, you have many other options.

My husband and I checked this out based on a suggestion and he had the sweet Wings and I had lemon pepper Boneless. Superb and a lot of food for the price. Got crowded pretty quickly on a Thursday night. But for a neighborhood place it will become a go to for great wings for sure.

I’ve had several less than memorable meals here in the past, I am happ to update this weekend a much better experience. We were in a big hurry, we sat in the bar Nicole the bartender was spot in! Our food was good, served fast, she kept checking on us which was great, I would suggest sitting in bar area unless you have kids, I do this it’s a little pricy for just a chain wing joint but at least the wings are crispy and hot, service can be spoty but not this trip! :)

Very, very disappointed… We dined there Sunday evening. I ordered a double order of the«jumbo» grilled shrimp with rice. The shrimp were nowhere near jumbo, more like a medium sized shrimp, and I’m being generous. They tasted, okay. The rice wasn’t fully cooked. I told our server, and he brought me back a steaming(microwaved) bowl of replacement rice. It was overcooked. The service was slow, and unenthusiastic even though we were the ONLY diners in the restaurant. Nope, we won’t ever be returning there. The Buffalo’s Café in Loganville is much better.

Really amazing the difference between this location and the Loganville location, day and night. The Grayson location food and service has been good the last few visits. On bash night the wings have been a good size and the sauce flavors have been great and plentiful. Just funny how I have to drive past one location to eat at the other. But you do what you have to do…

Wings joints in the south are common these days and are literally everywhere in metro Atlanta. If you don’t find one you like, move on down the road a bit and try again. I stopped in to Buffalo’s Café before refueling at the Racetrac next door, ordered some wings to go and after waiting for awhile thought well at least they would be fresh. Wrong, the weren’t fresh rather they felt like they were zapped. You know when they are very hot, but soggy. I asked and paid for extra blue cheese but I should have checked before I left, only 1 and small at that. The celery was shredded bits and dried out. Next time I may just move on down the road a bit, to Taco Mac.

Foods not bad, service is horrible. On a recent visit the computers crashed 45 minute wait to pay the check. Not once did anyone make the rounds to the tables to apologize or even offer drink refills. Any place can be good when everything is running smoothly, staff here could not function with the problems.

What can I say, my daughter works here… Buffalo’s is a good neighborhood hangout… The people are friendly and the atmosphere is fun.

Glad to see a Buffalo’s close to Lawrenceville again. Get the grilled vegetables with your wings.

Well… nice people. Food not great — i think everything was frozen. Yes, the wait staff were very nice, but the service was so slow, even though it wasn’t a crowded afternoon.(For example, had to ask 3 different people for blue cheese — hey, we got wings, of COURSE we need blue cheese!) Maybe they will improve over time.

Good food and great service. I just wish they would have a drink menu. While they do post their beer specials on a chalk board, a spirit drink menu would be welcome.
