Man I swear… The first time I went to this place I tried the stewed chicken. I was a fan of that also but wanted to wait until I tried the jerk chicken. MAN O MAN!!! This is a taste I’ve been missing for a long time. Regular Caribbean places now does’t do their jerked chicken on an outside grill the way it’s supposed to be done and just do it inside and just add sauce to it. NOTTHISPLACE! They ONLY do jerked chicken on Fridays and Saturdays and if you like authentic heat on your jerk chicken they definitely got it. THISWILLBEMYSPOTEVERYFRIDAYORSATURDAY from here on out!!! I bought some today just for my dinner for later and couldn’t help but to taste it and now I’m feeling like a hooked crack head on this chicken. This is the best place from what I’ve seen near Dacula that has the true authentic taste for jerked chicken. You get a chance, stop through.

This place was phenomenal. I had a medium plate of curry chicken with a side of two beef patties. The patties were definitely the pinnacle of the meal, they were excellent flaky and freshly made. The medium was eight dollars and was perfect, but the only thing I could hope for was that there was more chicken on the medium meal. The best thing about this place was not only the food, but the excellent service. Not that this can be replicated, but I had forgot my credit card and they allowed me to come back and pay for the meal the next day, who in the world does that!!! Now, I am not sure they will always do that however it was extremely helpful in my situation and I felt like they deserved one the best reviews that I could give. It’s a small local place, if you are in the Grayson Lawrenceville area be sure to give them a try!

We’re driving down Grayson Hwy looking for a decent take-out that isn’t a chain or franchise. Looked to see if the Indian restaurant 2 doors down was finally open. Well if it was we would not have found this gem. The food was fresh & delicious, place is very clean, and inexpensive. Hubby had the Curry Goat with rice, cabbage and plantain. I had jerk chicken with same and a beef pie. Yum w Yum! Oh and the btw, the staff is delightful. Caution: Authentically spicy :-)

I absolutely loved the food that I had from this restaurant, the curry chicken and rice was delicious. I love being able to go and get authentic Caribbean food. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. I definitely recommend them if you’re in the area and looking for something good to eat and food other than chain/franchise type restaurants.
